It made me sad hearing Michael say that he doesn’t think he’s that great. I mean, are you kidding me. He’s such an amazing man. He’s kind and funny. He’s a good person. I admire the way he’s been working on himself the past couple of months. I can really see a change in him. I always thought he was a beautiful man inside and out, but he’s even more beautiful now that he’s found some peace with himself. Love this podcast so, so much. Thank you Michael. Great episode! I like how frank Jamie-Lynn is, about the difficulties of balancing motherhood, marriage, career and MS. Her son sounds like a cutie, even when he's challenging - was envisioning a six year old throwing out the body checks!

Hearing that her friend said that, is amazing. That's exactly how I feel towards my friend. She deserves to see the world by any means. ♡ Those are amazing friends and family. Thank you for sharing that. ♡

here in Canada life is strange, just like every where else on this planet. And with all the apocalyptical issues leveraging up against this world, currently, I'm so f**king glad I discovered your pod cast. Especially now.
Seriously, man, I work in an essential services industry, ( a voluntary addictions detox) which is rewarding but stressful. Throw in a pandemic, and life gets pretty overwhelming.
As a long time fan, I wasn't aware of your podcast, (which I should've known about) but now I am so aware and tapped into it.
I saw the Rooker show which cracked me up. ( I so needed that) but the show with Jamie Lynn Sigler and the Vanderhoot girl blew me away. Just hearing you converse has kept me sane and motivated. Thanks for your part in keeping refueled.

This is the first episode i listened ever from Inside of You, i being a fan of Michael since i was 12 yo (now im almost 30) and everything i didnt know about him that time, i kinda know now, i had always to find some internet cafes back in that days (i'm from Brazil) and try to understand everything and failed (haha) so after this came Twitter and i was glad already, then facebook, instagram and i was feeling close enough, but now? mannnnn ...
The funny part is: i just watched The Sopranos like two months ago, and Jamie was so great, when i finished the show i got so sad, like those people were part of my family (lol i get this atached to tv shows) and now like some capsule of time i'm hearing from her, and so inspiracional! I'm glad im here, I'm glad i have this weird feeling about Michael, that looks like that thing called oftenly by 'love' and give me some moments like this, today. And that is actually the reason i took so long to listen the podcast, cause never is just some content, it is Michael and memories and feelings of the past 18 years.(Inclusively i was transported to this day my older sister was reading an interview with Michael and translating for me, there he said about working like an mechanic, how i never heard about it anymore, i used to think that she mistranslated and his was talking about that band Mike+ the mechanics, well, truth always shows up).

Also, I dont know why but I always just picture you in a leather jacket before the video feed while listening at work, it was nice to see what you look like these days considering I relate you to sorority boys (yes some of us watched it hahaha)

No worries mate! I really love the podcast. I've been telling everyone about it as it's really helped me to deal with some personal stuff in my life. I'm a big Smallville fan and I was really bummed out to find that Impastor got cancelled. That show was hilarious! Recently rented Back in the Day and Sorority Boys too and all I can say is Rotten Tomatoes can suck it! I only found out about those 2 movies through the podcast and I had a real good time with them both. Keep doing what you're doing man and I'll keep listening/watching.

When I heard Jamie-Lynn reflect on acting on sitcoms, it reminded me of how much I wish that Vince's sister Ro returned for the W&G reboot. Her coming out was an early inspiration for me to come out as a trans lesbian. It's an encouragement that haunts my hesitation. Like Sara Bareilles's "Brave".

My top 2 love languages is words of affirmation and physical touch. I have a friend who genuinely does not like physical touch. For us there’s an understanding where i keep that in the back of my mind to not hug him as much or anything like that. If he knows that I’m going through a rough time, he will give me a hug cause he knows that’s my love language even though he doesn’t like it! (Pre pandemic) I would literally hug mostly everyone!
I say mostly everyone because if i pick up the vibe that someone doesn’t want to be hugged, I’ll lay back. But when I’m going through a rough one hugs/that physical touch is 👌🏼

Three years old, nobody will see this. My most hated exchange is with the ‘hello, how are you doing?’ The answer is almost always the same, some kind of version of ‘doing well.’ You are not expected to actually say how you feel.
I go to the doctors and the same thing happens as you are brought back to your exam room while exchanging pleasantries with the nurse, ‘doing well.’ Then you start the exam and you tell the doctor you are crying blood, can’t keep food down, and you brought what’s remaining of your left arm in hoping they can reattach it somehow.
No one wants the real answer, stop asking the question.
