Greetings from Germany (arguably the home of Döner Kebab) xD Did never think of making Döner keto style 1+ subscribe for the idea But now the ideas are flowing, Iskender Kebap with roasted almond bread sounds like a banger, and i dont even need to feel bad for drowning it in butter need to get the macros anyways
Copper is 100% safe to cook in, so long as it is lined with another, non-reactive metal (and most copper cookware is). Most commonly, you'll find linings made of nickel, tin, or stainless steel.
You're telling me to not freeze babies? And YOU want to be a Death Metal musician?? 😂 j/k ofc. That looks fantastic, really have to make that soon. Thank you!
you can freeze it after cooking yes no issue. I just put it in the fridge to become a little firm. I don't need it to be frozen because I will not be able to cut it frozen because the cooked meat frozen vs raw meat frozen is very different. What you can do is once it cools, cut it and freeze. Then you can remove whenever you want to eat in the future.
