What if he really is being set up? Think about the burglary allegation, how hard would it be to have someone his size wear a mask and do what was alleged to have been done?

If you have done wrong, you deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You do not have the right to injure people, damage property or trespass upon a right. If you have done any of those 3 things, you belong in prison.

@@audraarndt1824 judges have to multitask. Given that their dockets are full every day, the only time they have to do paperwork, all those things that need their signature, is when they’re listening to testimony so it is absolutely necessary that they do their paperwork when they get opportunities.

It's against the law to hold anyone without a bond over a misdemeanor case in Michigan. The state asked for 250k, and she set it at that number. Why would the judge break the law when everyone knows he's not getting out?
No way that guy is going to come up with cash in the amount of10-20% of $280,000. No way a bonding company is going to put up the money given his history of failure to appear. I don't think anyone needs to worry.
A fascinating, if disturbing phenomenon is that defendants with extensive, chronic criminal histories combined with chronic mental health, social functioning and addiction issues, often start thinking of themselves as victims, their "tormentors" are framed globally. So, as an example, in their mind they will connect the time a police officer didn't believe them at age 13 to their resisting arrest cops but several months ago. These become, "the cops." The cops have it out for me, court has it out for me, etc. They can't maintain the belief that their problems and present circumstance are their own doing for long, sinking back into victim-hood.
Those with DV convictions are dealt with swiftly and harshly behind bars. They tend to become very clumsy and accident prone. Falling down stairs or off their bunks. Slipping in the showers and running into sharp objects are common causes of injuries.
I would say the judge was angry, not shaken.
I didn't hear anyone threaten the judge, nor did I see her 'shaken'.
I'm sorry. Where was the Judge shaken? She was ticked off in both cases. But not shaken or scared.🤔🤔🤔🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Christopher Moore and Mr. Hawke both belong in prison. One can't control his emotions while the other can't control his impulses.
Shame on the DA for not taking the last case more seriously. You don’t need to have the Judge do your business for you.
The defendant in the first case played himself. LOL
The judge sure knows how to flip papers around
😂😂
Letting a defendant answer with “yeah” is ridiculous.
