  • In this video, we look at how you can find your "real" range of motion in thread the needle. The range of external rotation at your hip has important implications for poses such as warrior two, side angle, half moon, and pigeon pose. I learned this exercise from yoga therapist and trainer Susi Hately Aldous. It's a great way to open your eyes to the impact that your hips have on your lower back.
