- This car has, some mods to reach this 6,1-6,2 l/100km fuel consumption @100km/h:
- Installed smooth undertray (whole underside)
- flat hubcaps back on
- Tire pressures to sidewall max which is 3,8 bar
- grill block
- tire deflectors in front of tires
- no rear muffler
- lowering springs
In stock condition mine took 7.3 l/100 km at same speed. - Авто та транспорт
I have ABS ESP Lights (Traction problem), the same onboard logo "inclined vehicle".If you can help me for this problem :
- My 2004 Diesel TOUAREG R5 TDI is a Manual transmission.
*# When I push the pedal to fast acceleration, the RPM increased to 2500-3000 RPM then the cutoff, don't exceed 3000 may be 3200. solicitation and vibration. #*
- I think the ECU Controlled the traction power by braking the wheels and cutoff-supplying the diesel injectors.

My ligths are on at the moment due wheel speed sensor fault. Does your speedo work?
With cutoff you lose power or engine shuts down?
@@TunekoLtd Shutting down in fractions of second, but the engine don't TURNS OFF .
It Curbs the engine rotations by shuts down just a winks (pulsations) and the engine stay TURN ON. When you try to exceed over 3000 RPM was drops down, it looks a vacillation and bouncing in RPM needle between 2700 and 2400.

On the internet everyone tells 11-12 l/100km - how do you get 7l?
Mine went to 7.3 liters @ 100 km/h speed on stock condition in summer. its a manual. Automatic need almost 1 liter more. That is just steady driving on highway. When you have to drive in city it will easily jump to 10 liters on average as the car is heavy. As aerodynamic modifications dont help in the city. If you use just Touareg in the city I would search for lighter vehicles.
My personal best so far however was 5,4 l/100km @ 100km/h speed
