I don't the very last song, but the big band sounding song was "Hey Pachuco!". Originally by retro swing band, Royal Crown Revue

We played “Hey Pachuco!” and “Jai Ho” for the stop set, while we played “Go Big or Go Home” and “Bulldog Fanfares/Fight Varsity” for the parade

It's really unfortunate they stuck them right next to the noisy emergency vehicles, it messed with their sound
