Hi Sophie, great video as always. But, I've noticed that when you've made something so delicious in the kitchen (and my mouth is watering because it appears to look so good) that you're not able to provide a close up of the completed item. Either broken in half to see your hard work or just a close up of what I could be tasting if I made this.
Just a suggestion. Keep up the great work. I know you feel like there's a lot to juggle, but like you mentioned and I know from experience, it goes by too quickly.

How did you learn to use the cricket so profusely and in terms of the materials and all the other things you have the tiny little iron etc. can you offer where to learn how to use this?
