@TheKnightDivine No, you cannot whiten bonding or porcelain veneers. You should whiten PRIOR to getting either that way the shade is matched to your new, whiter smile. :) They can be polished but that doesn't always remove stains as bonding is porous. Veneers are not porous so they will stay the exact same shade, so make sure you have your teeth as white as you'd like prior to doing either. :)

Im not getting this done 4 chipping but 4 my gap. It will only be 150(including xrays).. I wanna know if itll have staining cons? Either way im really glad this exists for gaps too lol. Cant wait cuz other wise my teeth r flawless.

dont be i had it done on my front tooth. i would probly recomend a veneer tho. and no tooth dose not nessarly have to be shaved down to get a veneere.

@MeganKimberley Filing the tooth removes surface area, something that usually isn't done with bonding but rather veneers. Bonding is less intrusive, usually with no tooth structure removed. Enamel and dentin is porous and stains seep into the tooth. A good dentist will have you bleach your teeth prior then match the shade. You can ask for a more translucent look as well.A good dentist will know how to gradient the colour making it lighter near the incisal edges. Boding isn't permanent, can chip.
