Sir , agar ek din me only 9 hour hi allowed hai to 10.5 hour kaise kam karega hona to ye chahiye tha ki. Maximum 9.5 hour work kare plz sir bata dijiy

Sir, what is weekly off rule for central govt employee?
What if our hro not giving weekly off in a week and intentionally they are giving weekly off after a long 20 -30 days?
Please seggest what should we do in this case.

Agar a week Monday se Sunday Tak worker duty nahi hai our our dusre week Monday duty aata hai to Sunday ka weekly of consider hota hai ya nahi

If any worker has already completed his 48 hours job in the previous week and the employer also called him for 8 hours works on the day of Sunday then as per the section 52 total working hours will be 56 in the preceding week which which is in contravention of section 51 , please explain

Agar koi employee week mein 5 days(Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri) off par tha or vo Saturday se wapas duty join karta hai to kya usko Sunday milega (Weekly Off). Ya fir uska sunday kata jayega .

See inclusive of the over time work his total no.of hours as the general rule says is 60hrs / week .. remember it includes the overtime work also apart from the regular work..
N in a quarter of 3 months ..the total hours of overtime allowed as a general rule is 50 overtime hours..
Rate of overtime- twice the rate of ordinary wages

See sec59 of Factories act clearly states the rate as twice but the overtime rate can be fixed by the state govt..or central Govt..also..
It may differ from state to state..
For that u will have to refer ur respective state Labour Law also
