You guys forgot to put vanilla extract into your ice creams that you made with whipping cream and condensed milk! That is crucial to add so that your ice cream has the right texture and won’t form ice crystals. Also, I’d sprinkle just a lil bit of sugar on top of those peanut butter cookies. 😋

I made the peanut butter cookies, they needed longer in the oven. I put them in for 9 minutes, and I think mine needed about 4-7 mins longer? But they were so good, not to sweet and you could taste delicious peanut butter. They’re very crumbly and light. I didn’t have a filling rack so the bottoms browned but it didn’t ruin the taste at all.
We were supposed to go cooking but now we aren't. I'm meeting with my friends tomorrow. This is perfect. I'll make the peanut cookies and the butter cookies. I love 3 ingredients recipes.
This is so funny, I saw the peanut butter cookie recipe and thought I had some peanut butter still left to spare... but I looked and it turned out I used it all Q
I made the peanut butter cookies from this video at 6:56 here is what I learned: -the recipe works with crunchy peanut butter -i had to bake for around 11 minutes -if I made them again, I would put about 1/2 sugar instead of 3/4 sugar, it was just really sweet to me -you can make it without a mixer, I used a fork until the mixture had a crumbly appearance (though it took around 10 minutes of hand mixing, and the sugar wasn't mixed perfectly) Overall, very good especially with the extra peanuts in it.
