I apologize for not posting more videos recently. Starting back to a job outside of the home has taken a lot out of me. I walk up to 10 miles a day and work 50 hours a week. So I have just been exhausted. So I'm trying to figure out the best way to balance everything. Hope you guys enjoy the video!

Congrats on going back to work.....or condolences, whichever is appropriate, lol. I, too, was puzzled about the pins in my knitcrate package. The only thing I can figure is maybe use them for blocking your finished work?
That seems to be the only suitable use. But I'll save them for use with my sewing machine. :)

beautiful i want to do the tunision stitch but i can't handle the curling i know i can block but it curls when im working on it and that is what i can't stand but one day i will work through it lol.

I most definitely will. I only got 3 hook sizes, but I got the full interchangeable cable set. So im pretty excited.
As far as the ice yarns vs hobium thing goes, my advice is fill your hobium cart and fill your ice yarns cart, then take the total (with shipping) and divide it by the number of skeins you are ordering.... place the order with the one which has the lower price per skein.
For me, Ice has always comes up cheaper per skein because I never hit the $150 minimum for free shipping from hobium.

Update, I did this. The hobium was $4.56 per skein and ice was $5.11 per skein. Thats including shipping.
Now since Hobium has free shipping on $150 and up, it was free shipping. Ice was about $59 shipping, but i still went with Ice because j was more excited about the yarns. My hobium cart is saved for my next hail though. :)

Yours looks more purple! Mine actually looks more grey overall & I get 2 crates every month so I have plenty for a bigger project & they both look grey. They’re still pretty. You can use the straight pins for blocking if you’re blocking something & run out of blocking pins 😂. Take care, get some rest!🙋♀️
I think the pins are for blocking the knitted or crocheted item depending on the project you create.
Hi. Ya I opened my knitcrate yesterday and I too loved my yarn .. same color but wasn’t sure about the needles lol 😝 I have sewing machine too that still haven’t learned to use yet lol but they will come in handy for that.
I hope things get back to normal with knitcrate soon .
Loving that sweater u showed. Was that crochet? U said it was that TLR pattern but do u have a pattern for it if it is crocheted ?

I use those pins all the time when I crochet especially when it comes to sewing parts together in amigurumi.
If you order from Hobbii I’m seeing that customers are waiting forever for their order like 8 weeks. Ice yarns you will have in a few days but shipping is high.
Yes, I desperately want to do a huge order from Hobbii because I love their yarns. But shipping is absolutely ridiculous right now. Im too impatient. Lol
