You must be recording in a Huffyuv Codec or something. Try changing the codec to one that compresses the file, it might lose a little bit of quality, but the file size will be 5ish times smaller.
i hate that team move Goku-Krilin i look at it as desperate move,but it can be dodge if you plan a head how to finish Goku in that way that is far away from so you can have enough space to dodge spirit bomb,or simpler option is to use wild sense or after mirage strike

It's a counter-type super attack. It's called Cosmic Illusion. You have to wish for it from the Dragonballs I believe.
