The way God works is to present people with hardships to overcome. It's up to those people to learn to accept the body they are born in, and overcome hardship to prove their character.

Smash Palace in Christchuch got it right separate cubicles accessed from pub each cubical has its own washbasin and hand drier. Every toilet can be for everyone.
