No mention about some of these pre-flop decisions? A3o, K5o, J8o ... I would expect this to be ingrained by now, and if not, a coach should be all over this as the fundamental starting point. Maybe there is some meta regarding the opponents, but still. edit: I see you addressed it a little later on regarding the J8o hand.
The T7s hand you said in theory the turn decision was probably close. Don't think that's true at all, in theory folding this hand is going to be a huge punt. On this low texture you just can't be giving up so easily with a board pair.
I don't understand how these videos don't get more views, there isn't any other content on UA-cam that even holds a candle to the useful information given out here.
The 99 v TT hand seems ridiculous but can we ever just fold to the 3bet? He's never doing it with JJ or QQ, never has aces or kings, doesn't have 55 or 77 really in range and also is never doing it with a FD as they'd just call FDs vs raise to realise (or jam vs raise to realise their equity).
@@Mathemagical55 Why not though? what could we be ahead of here? Jess said V is tight so wouldn't expect them to min 3bet a fd, what else could they possibly have?
@@chrisungoed8793 We're ahead of 77/55. But in any case I think it's a mistake to obsess over really unusual situations as in the long run it's just a rounding error.
As a former paid subscriber of carrot corner, I would advise focusing more on quality over quantity. It feels like you want dozens of hours of videos to use as a marketing angle, when really it just takes up more of our time without learning much from most of them. And I would like to know the credentials of all your coaches. Is there a reason you don’t show the full graph of every coach with their nicknames to be able to verify results? I can’t even find your graph anywhere despite you being the head coach
Pete's refusal to post his graph has definitely cost him customers. If you can't back it up with results then is it right to offer coaching in the first place? who knows
@@seanbastow4601 very true, I play 100NL and don’t mind investing a good portion of my monthly winnings in coaching. But moving forward only going to pay someone who can show they are a solid winner at higher limits than me
Why finale ? I'm enjoying these so much
Yeah this is fun. Ignore the tards complaining and mocking the contestants, it's the internet.
Really enjoyed this series, felt like I learned a lot from it (and nice to see the return of Jess!)
I really like the way you put how the results are looked at for validation as a mental game leak
World class intro
could K5o on the BTN be a preflop fold?
Brutal turn in hand 2

I would also let me flame in the arena of poker inferno. But the 25NL section ended now :(

Very good video. All of us have done this basic mistakes if we like to play.

Well he basically said to us by not jamming he might have us beat and send smoke signals but it is still so tough to make fold.
No, we can't but I think folding 55/77 would be good, although I probably wouldn't do it.

@@Mathemagical55 doubt they'd flat 55/77 pre if they're tight. But yea you're right it doesn't really matter
Jess is 40?? And there I was thinking Pete looks young.
Easy paper round 😂

The CC coaches are a mixed bag. I think Kruzer, Akshar and Sebastien are great coaches. Some of the others are a bit iffy though.
