- Glam Metal 80's Icon Stephen Pearcy is out touring his 40th Anniversary Album "Out of the Cellar". Released in 1984, it climbed the Billboard charts soaring past Madonna's "Borderline", Van Halen's "Panama", Princes' "Lets Go Crazy" & David Bowie's "Bluejean".
Fast becoming MTV darlings, RATT toured non-stop from 1983-1991 churning out hit after hit, ultimately landing them in many of the 80's iconic movies, "Point Break", "Weird Science", "The Golden Child".....the list of accomplishments is long.
RATT headlined & sold out arenas throughout the 80's, with Stephen Pearcy handpicking new up & coming opening bands that he saw great potential in, such as Bon Jovi and Poison.
40 years later Stephen Pearcy still flies the 80's Flag at EVERY show. As he honors the album that, along with Van Halen and Motley Crue, created a movement that started out with a few Wild & Talented guys on the Sunset Strip and ended up defining the most Electrically Charged Era in music!

Stephen Pearcy keeps living in the past... There's no right and wrong but doesn't he get bored repeating the same ol" songs over and over again? I mean clearly his original band mates had enough of it unless money means the world to him?
He's not the only 80s guy doing it. GnR, Skid Row/Sebastián Bach, Motley Crue, Poison, etc, etc, etc, still on repeat.
