Some of the players we’ve worked with have been bullied by their coaches purely because they’re associated with us.
By no means are we saying this is ALL coaches. We’re just highlighting some of the experiences we’ve had and also some of the experiences the players we’ve worked with have had.
There are some brilliant coaches out there who are doing an amazing job working with players. Those who are open-minded and have their players best interests at heart.
We as coaches know we don’t have all the answers so we aren’t afraid to go seek it from those who can help.
