Dear Rabbi Thank you for insightful lecture. To be when traveling. Just must plan before pack your items a day before than make sure you leave house without having to do ANY thing ! You are fully packed bathe etc the day of travel. That you just have to go to airport and get on plane a few hours before flight always arrive early There’s no need to to get there late You must plan get there early always. Than Prayfully you won’t have all that anxiety when traveling you must remain calm and organized. Smooth travel to any appt. Arrive early and wait. You don’t like to wait right 🙏💛

Ik bc I'm from America. And I see the hate. I've had others stop talking to me when I had my FB ..My profile was a pic saying I love Israel . My posts were about Israel and we started to follow the feasts and not Xmas etc. my family is mad at me saying.. "You know your not a Jew why are you doing this?" And stop talking to me saying I'm crazy. I pray for everyone dealing with that hate. Anywhere. I can't imagine the hate you deal with. Mine was nothing compared and it hurt me but healed me also. Hashem is amazing.
When the IDF soldiers began doing Chuvah, reading Torah consistently & blowing of the Shofars in battle, against Chamas and Hezbollah- knowing their strength & victories were HaShem's doing, did the IDF become victorious & miracles happened. There are plenty of videos showing this.

All I want is the opportunity to help. I’ve been working & trying to make a living, there is so much on the table but H-shem says no and that is for a very good reason but I don’t know what. I don’t know how to not get frustrated. I have much to work on with my own teshuva but I just want to help and I don’t see how I can if I can’t even pay for myself.
You can help in so many other ways. Help with your time, prayers, kindness etc. Giving charity does not neccessarily mean only money, you can also give charity by doing something "extra" that costs you some kind of strenous act for someone or something else.😊
