No, I’m a very visual person so I get gratification from making a significant change in the appearance of a system. Service repairs are usually inside of the equipment and so the visual aspect is lost.
I started my own company so it’s a little different now, I run installs along side my technicians and they handle most of the maintenance and service calls.
What kind of low life would install that unit you replaced? You did a great job young man - it is obvious you take pride in your work. Now you need to explain to them you need to install new ductwork throughout the home & seal that crawlspace.
Question on the Bosch bova36, cond. unit I have on display board LO, and red light on and 8 green flashes, cond. fan comes on and runs few minutes but compressor never starts, inverter board has been replaced along with the TF sensor, but same problem occurs, have you come across this and any suggestions from you or anyone. Also bosch rep been out 4 times and still no fix.
My heat works, my thermostat is 1 or 2 years old, has worked great. But as of last night, my thermostat keeps rebooting, turning itself off for 60 seconds, back on and will be fine for a few minutes, or 30 minutes, and shuts back off. I can't seem to find the problem. No breakers tripped, and the thermostat is powered with C-wire, not by batteries. Anyone with an ideal?
You know you can weld up those holy heat exchangers. Then send off to be ceramic coated. Never worry about this again. Had an OLD Sears unit that was ceramic coated. Looked brand new after 50 plus years. Belt drive blower. What a tank. Unit was dead silent heat or cooling. Don't make them like that anymore.
You wanna move to Florida and run my business with me. Im a Florida state certified contractor. 50 / 50 like forest and bubba . Do your own thing just hang out. Go fish on the beach between jobs . I d k the offer is on the table.
