Todd and Hasbro should be ashamed, look at the detail in these things.
Why though? Hiya Toys charges 100$ for their 6 inch inch figures so how is that any better?
@@FriedSpicyChicken26 80 dollars for a figure aesthetically way better than a legends with way more accessories than a wave of legends combined? it's like saying why MAFEX or SHF charges more for 6 inch figures
@Rishav-27 Neca charges around 40 dollars and their figures are arguably better than some Mafex figures. They also come with the same amount of accessories...40 dollars.
@@FriedSpicyChicken26 NECA is a domestic company, HIYA, SHF,MAFEX are imports. Moreover, articulation on NECA figures isn't the greatest, they focus more on aesthetics.
hasbro got its problems with a lot of stuff, but every 50$ to 100$ figure I've got in my collection, even some are very cool, almost always still think the hasbro.marvel legends better for the asking price

I really hope they make some Dredd figures from the Karl Urban Dredd movie as well! I don’t collect this scale but I would definitely get those. Excited to see how their 1/12 scale Dredd line turns out as well.
I have no desire to collect 1/18 so I have been ignoring these. But that Mean Machine looks amazing and the price is very very reasonable, I'm afraid I might change my mind

Got seriously confused with the "eleven and a half inches" measurement for Judge Fire. I thought, "WTF, is Fire even taller than DC McFarlane figures???" But no need to apologize for the error, I can understand how words can get mixed up. =)
Every time I see you review hiya figures I really want them but in 1/12 I'm not a judge dredd fan but fire and fear would be must haves in 1/12. I'm so sad they went the mezco route for the 1/12 dredd especially when these smaller figures look amazing in plastic.
Really like your enthusiasm in this video lol, some good figs. Big fan of Dredd, really liking the Hiya stuff, but the scale is not for me. Their 1/12 Dredd looks disappointing imo, it's in Mezco soft goods style. Meh. Might still order it when I'm in mood.
I was looking forward to Hiya's 1/12 Judge Dredd. I was disappointed when I saw they were using fabric on it. Upscaling the small figures is all they had to do.

They’re pricey but in comparison to other small figs it makes sense , curious, have you seen Dredd from 2012? For a small budget I have to say I think it’s quite good and sadistic. Good review as always 👍🏾

I can’t wait for their 1/12 scale Robocop and Rambo figures. I know they’re doing 1/12 Dredd but it’s a pleather material for the uniform and that worries me as far soft goods are concerned, because pleather gets absolutely wrecked after a few years.
I want them all.👽

I dont really care about the scale tbh I think these look really good so ima tap in the articulation is good and the sculpts and paint are tight!
I thought that maybe it was just that the Dark Judges that were tall, but if the human figures are 4 inches, then these definitely arent 1/18 scale. I wish they'd be clear about that. I'm not interested in collecting a line that only scales well with other figures from the line.
Jesus Christ, though, that human figure looks incredible. The others too, but the amount of paint and new sculpts on that dude is just insane

the 6 inch dredd is in a cloth or some such suit....that sucks since i dont like soft goods for the actual suit on figures...capes...sure as long as they dont suck..but the body suit..no..i just wanted a good 6 inch judge dredd...sigh

You really should branch out into other scales and lines. I feel like you've said everything there is to be said about Hasbro's and McFarlane's toys. After watching your channel for years now, I think it's a forgone conclusion that both of those companies, while capable of making good figures, mostly don't. At this point, I can't imagine you're still collecting figures from either of those companies for any other reason than to review them, not unless you like collecting mostly mediocre figures, judging by the review scores you give them.
The thing I'm getting at is that the 4" world could really benefit from a good reviewer. Of all the reviewers I watch, I'd put you at the top because you're qualified and fair enough to do it. Just a thought.

If this scale can give you better paintjobs and execution like this, then both Marvel and DC should switch to it because their 6" lines are awful

These figures cost more then McFarlane's or Hasbro and are not mass produced. So for you or Anthony to compare them is dumb and pointless.

@@AnthonysCustoms Because as collectors we want these McFarlane and Hasbro figures to be perfect, but really they are just toys and mass produced. You can really only expect so much. So my point is the higher ends should look better for $80-$100. They are low produced and not found everywhere. A $20-$30 figure should not look like a $80-$100 figure. So we shouldn't expect that,if you do stop collecting. Be happy with what you have and what you can afford.

"but really they are just toys and mass produced."- wrong , outside of films, no little kid would ever know any of the half a century old or obscure comic characters Hasbro makes figures of, or all the Spawn , countless decade old DC comic book storylines and adult oriented Mortal Kombat games McFarlane puts out. These figures are made for adults, the cheap 10 dollar basic stuff is for kids.

Case in point- a crappy take of yours- The McFarlane Flash Movie Batfleck which is an abysmal figure, same company that gave the ZSJL Batfleck at the same price point with way more accuracy and likeness.
