I am from the Jackson team, since he did play for Annie, he showed him that he is not a bad boy but that he is misunderstood by his parents. Unlike Ty who is a coward and only noticed Annie when she was already interested in Jackson.
Well technically yes and no he did notice her in season one after the kiss but felt too bad and conflict to show he’s feelings like all man do but with Jackson in the picture it would simply enrage him and want to have her more which me person I find that so adorable and heartwarming

i think jackson is better for her.. ty only recognize his feelings after she started to likes the other guy.. and thy kinda besties for me.. now this is trend that we dont follow exactly like in novel or basic story..
