Camps Bay, Rosebank, Sandhurst and Bishopscourt Are not Estates. Your facts are way off. There is Steyn City, Waterfall, I of Africa, eco Estate. Fransche Hoek, Zimbali And those are just a few of them. Get your facts right, please. And Khenyas got alot of Estates as well. Ghana is also up there.
