It's a reference to the UA-cam channel Twosetviolin. They are two Asian Australian violinists who have a running gag that their Asian mothers would try and shame them into motivation by unfavorably comparing them to a ficticious neighbor kid named Ling Ling. The supposed accomplishments Ling Ling supposedly did, however, were completely and ridiculously over the top. As in "Why are you complaining you never have time to go play outside? You think you work hard? Ling Ling practices 40 hours a day and STILL gets all his chores and homework done on time!"
@Nicolaj Vakareev Well, you're clearly under the age of 18. I'm guessing 12 at the oldest. Only a child attacks someone that hard for a simple misunderstanding. Grow up kid and get a life. This kind of overreaction and insulting doesn't make you look cool. It makes you look desperate for attention
Katica Illenyi made my head spin; one of the best soloists I've ever heard perform this impossible piece...I loved seeing the conductor conducting with a fly swatter, and that "splat!" (poor bee!) at the end...
Wow! Katica performed The Flight of the Bumblebee excellently and very expressively with the incredibly fast presto tempo. The Conductor was very creative in using the fly swatter as a baton, and tapping it after her very last note!
Omg why is his stick a fly swatter edit: hello i am back after 3 years and now i know that “his stick” is the conductors baton,,,,y’all were really coming for me in the replies
Performers like this never cease to amaze me. When I’m performing I have to convince myself that it’s just like when I practiced and the slightest loss of focus or if I focus too much even for a split second will derail the whole thing. It has happened
I LOVE the "conducting with a fly swatter" deal! ❤️ As much as I love this song and as hard as it was to learn it personally as a violinist...she made it look/sound amazing. Good job, you guys!!!
0:44 damn, look at her fingers. not a violinist but play guitar, but I couldn’t even imagine playing strings that fast and precise. She’s absolutely amazing.

My two year old granddaughter is obsessed with this. For the past two months I have to play this video for her. She just said “nana her hands move so fast “
Why do I always choke up and cry when I see someone doing something that they're good at like this woman is?! Oh, and Mr. Conductor man, bees are not our enemy!
I was always surprised that Keith Emerson never did this phenomenal piece of music, he seemed to love Rimsky Korsakov. Many of us have wanted to be able to play this but sadly I lack that sort of genuine talent...oh well
Delightful display not only of talent by also the theatrical panache of the fly swatter. Also nice to see the gentlemanly kiss to the hand of the lady. Thanks to all.
Throughout the history, so many people play this music. But just a man composed. Please don’t forget the Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, he is one of the best composer in the world. Especialially, Scheherezade💞
This must have been freakin painful... just imagine, you are pressing down on strings that are a type of metal feeling thing and when you use the stick to vibrate it, it will vibrate the strings making it feel like your fingers are beeing cut by razorblades
MrReinark definitely not what playing a string instrument is like... but if you’re in band... yeah it’s really awful our fingers have scars all over them 😂
After so many people becoming ''The fastest violinist in the World'' I forgot how a well-played Flight of The Bumblebee sounded on Violin.
Hahahaha
Me too. I came here to clean my ear and to remember the original piece.
Yes, if you can play correctly you get a pass
Ikr?
That’s exactly why I’m here for. 😂😂😂
I just search for this after listening to all the sAcRiLeGiOuS versions
Thumbs up for the conductor!! best dude ever
yep, I also loved his flyswatter
LOL! :D
Conductor: István Silló
👍👍

😁
👕👍Great!
👖
Okay but can you play fifteen notes per second
She can play it slowly, so she can play it quickly.
Ling Ling Can
very sacrilegious
Piano and violin are different instruments!!!
In violin its very hard just to play one note. Where in piano it need only to press....
@@aayushjariwala6256 r/woooooooooooosh
The flyswatter is awesome here! XD
Hahahaahah so true XD
This is where practice leads you... eventually.

Damn I forgot how actaully beautiful is this piece because of sacrilegious performers
R u, by any chance, a twosetviolen fan
I LOVEEEEE how she enjoys while she’s playing, it is really amazing.
That adds to her performance. If she doesn’t love performing, then she is also a magnificent actress.
tbh it's a really fun song to do

He didn't start with a swatter, actually. 😂 You gotta respect music a little, if not much.
Flight of the bumblebee isn't actually very hard just fast chromatic scales but that doesn't say she isn't impressive and her sound is amazing!
you'd either have whiplash or have a broken neck if you did that man r u ok now
lol for the end. Fly swatter as conducting baton. Like it.
😂
Like your running late at school and running at fast as you can
Rayan Hassan Toys review I have experienced being late for school
Omg funny
YOU JUST TURNED AN ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE INTO A GIGANTIC BEAUTIFUL MEME
Except she isn’t stressed out
True
If you listen at
.25x speed you can hear she accurately hits every note.

SCSQ4, AND Katica's a babe. The tap of the swatter is squishin the bumblebee.

you know she is on a entirely new level when you can close your eyes and still hit the notes. Its like she practices 40 hours a day
she isn’t closing her eyes, she’s just looking down cause she’s still blinking and it looks like she has her eyes closed but it’s open.
@@superdupercatloverYep!

Who said classical music was dull and spiritless??!! I love this piece and love how the musicians enjoy it!!!! ❤️👏🏼😍😍😍
Naprosto úžasné s jakou lehkostí, umem a elegancí Katica hraje.

You can clearly see that she was enjoying it. That happiness is more beautiful than any song. Of course, her playing was impeccable as well
Superb!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was an amazing performance. Simply inspiring.
I was confused at first as to why he was conducting with a fly swatter, then at the end I get it.
After all the "Fastest Violinist" videos, I needed to come back and hear someone who can play it well.
My heart when I am trying to sleep but I see the clothes on my chair turning into a demon
Me too haha

Flight of the Bumblebee, and conductor carries a fly swatter for a baton and swats the bee at the end! Ha ha ha! What a sense of humor, superb!
Band losers say its harder for them to play this! YEAH RIGHT TRY SHIFTING THAT FAST
Ya but imagine tonguing that fast
Tanta beleza chega a doer-me. Gratidão.
When there is a Asian who is better than all in your class:
Fantastic. Heard the bee a couple days ago on a piano. His fingers were moving as fast as hers. That girl got some chops for sure.
This must have been freakin painful... just imagine, you are pressing down on strings that are a type of metal feeling thing and when you use the stick to vibrate it, it will vibrate the strings making it feel like your fingers are beeing cut by razorblades
That way be a little too logical, but that's not what it feels like. The slight pain in her face is from the speed of the music.
MrReinark definitely not what playing a string instrument is like... but if you’re in band... yeah it’s really awful our fingers have scars all over them 😂
By the time she's that good she has some pretty thick callouses.
Two set: This puts a smile on my face
vov dylan clearly played it better. is this supposed to be modernized violining?
A great piece played brilliantly with a touch of humour, perfect.
Her finger work is astounding. I don't think I can even blink that fast.
I can barely hold the bow. This is amazing. 😯
She does it so effortlessly😍😭👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
