The actor who played Lee Rang did an absolutely amazing job throughout the entire series. I laughed with him, rejoiced with him, grew with him and mourned for him. He did a fantastic job!!! I want to see more of his work. The entire CAST down to this cute kid were awesome!!!

While Lee Rang is an anti-hero, if you want to see him as villain/psychopath, you can watch Mrs.Cop 2 (2016). He also did great acting in movie Psychometry The Gifted Hand (2013). Recently he is shooting scenes act as bright college student in "Law School" for next year release, he is the lead male.

Kim Bum literally stole the show. Period. His chemistry with Dong Wook was off the charts, more than it was with main lead lol. At one point, I was watching the drama just for him. I wanted his scenes to be longer lol. For the same reason I didn't like how his character met his ending. I was sobbing lmao. Kim Bum indeed is a charming man and those smirks killed me everytime.
The fact that I never even doubted of this character of being evil from the very beginning is somewhat satisfying. Thanks to Kim beom who played this so well. Even while doing the wrong things he always kept this emotion on his face that says "I dont wanna do this, stop me hyung"
This 'bromance' is the sweetest thing. Blacky's unfiltered directness (as little kids do) made me laugh and cry (explains calmly why he knows first aid). The stickers killed me and when LR complains about it later makes it much funnier. [Just like So Ji Sub's character covered in bandaids by the twins in " My Secret Terrius" - episode 17!!]
And the worst fact is yeon didn't even try to bring rang back after he came back in the final episode, when he was the one who brought him back. He was all excited over his newlywed life . Rang was right afterall. His first love was more important than him. Rang only reincarnated automatically without anyone's efforts. He'll forever be my favourite character in this series . Also the cute kid with a runny nose voice and his "ahaa" laugh. Cant get enough of it

I saw TOTNT recently and as much as I loved Lee Dong-Wook's Yeon, it was Kim Bum's Lee Rang that 💯 stole my heart. Even when he was shown as a "villain", I liked him more than Yeon. I cried like crazy when he died, but when Yeon died I was just sad. I liked his character more than anyone else's. I waited for his scenes during my watch as I didn't really care much for the Yeon&Ji-ah lovestory part because Rang's story arc was more interesting to me. Can't wait to see what season 2 brings.
