This is what I thought was basically the case with this group of Jewish people i.e. they do actually believe the land of Palestine is theirs by [a] divine right, but they believe it can only come about in reality as a pious, religious State. By a miracle, in other words. The present State of Israel, according to them, does not fulfill the criteria determined by the Jewish scriptures for rightful ownership of the land, which is the main reason why they reject it.

There are not different kinds of Neturei Karta they are 99.9% Ashkenazi.They are a tiny insignificant cult barely 60 families worldwide.They don't "believe in the torah", they actually practice a completely new sect of Judaism that's barely 100 years old.They deny huge swaths of the torah and have made up their own practices. Calling them true jews is like calling Mormons Christians. Absolutely nowhere in the Torah does it say there can't be a Jewish state absolutely no where in the Halackha does it say there can't be a Jewish state. There entire basis for their insane belief comes from Rabbi Rashi who wrote something along the lines of "Jews should return to Israel when the Messiah comes". That same rabbi 20 years later completely renounced that belief and moved to Israel. They are also a racist group that completely denies Mizrahi and Sephradi opinions.
Moreover, the Torah *aspires* for there to be a Jewish state and independence in the Land of Israel. It contains commandments that set circumstances and conditions for a Jewish states.

As a Muslim I understand their creed and I believe that when the Messiah will come back again, he will rule the world and impose justice and peace.
The righteous people who respect the Oneness of God and act righteously will have peace.

I just have one question. If they believe Israel should not have been settled and created as the state of Israel for the Jewish people, then why do they live there? Is that not the same? Most came from the diaspora and settled after the holocaust. So what gives? And if they do believe they can come but not en masse, then why are they resisting how Israel is run. I was always fascinated by the schism in the Jewish communities over Israel's creation. A movie based on a book called the Chosen enlightened me to the struggle between ideologies of people sharing the same faith. Whether one supports Israel 2.0 or not, the region has experienced nothing but strife ever since it's creation.
