Hello it is me, the person getting roasted in the video and I just wanted to clear some stuff up that was maybe cut out or I wasn't able to explain. 1. I have had this account for around a year but only used to play it when I was out the house and bored so I basically logged on to do daily stuff and then log off again. I've only started getting into the game properly and doing research into characters and builds etc in the last 2 months. 2. My GH is a mess and I absoloutley deserved the roast but like I said earlier when I first started playing I didn't care much and thought "hey the game is pushing me to upgrade attack so I'll just stick at it" this is then made worse by the fact that you need to upgrade Great halls to level 10 for Arbiter so I had to either keep on investing in attack or grind a lot more arena and I dont really enjoy arena that much. 3. I was changing a lot of builds on my account literally minutes before I won the giveaway so yeah there's a lot of messy builds and some that dont make any sense at all but I am slowly regearing everyone and using advice from this video and others to make my champs do what they need to do. 4. Multi-battles... I dont use them, I play on PC and use RSL Helper which is a great tool. For anyone that doesn't know about it I reccomend checking it out and it eliminates the use of multi-battles as it runs the game for you. 5. I do spend money on the game, not a crazy amount but maybe a pack or 2 a month and I have had some insane luck which is why I have all these good characters. Another reason why builds are all over the place is that everytime I am trying to focus on maxing a character, I pull another great one and start working on them instead of finishing the original character, a bad habit. Just want to say thanks again for the advice from HH and I appreciate all the help both him and lots of other Raid CC's give to the community, without them I think a lot of us would have stopped playing.
Thanks for stepping up as an example to get an account on track. This is a complicated game and Plarium does a poor job explaining the basics, so don't be ashamed.
Loved the little roast but it wasn't a mean one :) And everybody plays they way they should have the most fun so don't be bothered by the stuff much. Most of it can be repaired, the dent in your pride will heal! Just kidding :D
I've been playing about the same amount of time as you, and only just learned I shouldn't be doing attack first in great hall. At least you only maxed one attack. Whoops.
Why is there not a great hall reset button could cost x amount of gems even 1000 but makes it possible to rectify mistakes most games have a stat reset button raid needs to add a button to reset great hall
Poor bastard - When I saw that great hall, I almost spat out my coffee. Jealous of some of his pulls though. I'm at day 160 on my account and I could definitely use a reviver or a god-tier Legendary. Basically banking on the free Scyl of Drakes coming up on my account. Having a hard time with normal Doom Tower. Getting stuck about half way up my tower on that damned overgrown shellfish and that jerk-face Bommel. Also stuck on Spider 19! - I did just pull Mordecai though, so hopefully he can push me through to Stage 20! Thanks for all the content HH!
I got so lucky with this game for 3 main reasons. 1. I've started the game getting UDK as a freebie 2. The first void legendary I've pulled was Tuhanarak. Huge Boost! 3. I've discovered HH at day 3 of playing the game! 59 days playtime Gold 4 classic arena (UDK, Tuhanarak, Dhukk and Elhain who got replaced recently with Hephraak) All my champions have 170+ speed and my Debuffers 200+ accuracy or are getting boosted by Tuhanarak's aura 2 keys Nightmare CB (UDK, Tuhanarak, Gorlos, Frozen Banshee, Elhain) 20+ Fire Knight, Dragon, Spider (thanks to Armiger and Royal Guard, still no Coldheart) Clearing normal Doom Tower (not all secret rooms) and I am on my missions for Arbiter HH I really can't thank you enough!
I thought I hated arena. This guys great hall makes me look like a S tier arena player. I’m glad I found HH very early in my Raid journey. He saved me from making so many mistakes. I don’t know why plarium focuses the players mind into thinking attack % is so important. I was also dumping all my medals into attack, because the game pushes you in that direction. Hey hades. Love your stuff. Really trying to work out my clanboss team and you really help out. It’s been a super rough two years over here and your content always takes me away for a bit thanks for great content.
The main problem as mentioned prior to building out champions is what are you using them for? If you have no idea, often times you are just wasting time and resources. Focus on one champion to build up, if you don't it will take you months to complete. On my main account it took me several months to get my first champion maxed out. On an alt account it took me the first 6 days of the game. Knowledge is power, but incomplete knowledge can be more devastating than ignorance.
I wish they would fix arena. Several new players on my clan don't even want to play it because it's so difficult where as I don't even need a defense anymore in G5.
I'm basically 2 months in game, I use Belanor, Elhain, Ronda, Aphotecary and lv 50 Gorgorab with average builds and my time in dragon stage 20 is 2:05.
I totally get his great hall, im there too. Is all because the missions. To get Arbiter, you must level up a great hall all the way up to level 10, and when you are in the middle of the mission path, in like level 4 or 5, is easier to keep upgrading that one insted of start another one. In my case i choose the Force Acc, after like 4 months i finally get the 900 gold to upgrade it to level 9!
every time i think i need help with my raid account i look at one of those videos and i think to myself that i dont need it lol, without the CC id probly look like that so i wanna thanks HH, ash, nubkek, chosen, coldbrew, skratch and leila for teaching me so much about this game.
These are some of my favorite HH videos!!! HH with his witty comments cracked me up! I also learn a good bit of what I need to do with my account. Sometimes I say to myself 'What would HH think of my account... or What would HH do?'
i really enjoy watching these videos. im 100 days in today and id like to think i have good builds going because i have been watching all these videos. making sure if they need to land debuffs they have accuracy and speed and bits. i very much undervallused accuracy and speed before i found your channel and website. now i feel a lot better getting through the game. only struggle areas right now are spider and fire knight. cant seem to get those going for me. but day 100 pushing NM CB, hydra normal, pushing floor 100 DT normal and 10 hard i am really starting to enjoy the game so much more. just wish i could push up those FK and spider levels so i can get some of the gear i need to make the next jump up in progression and finally be done with 4* artifacts and accsessorys
I pulled a venomage last month and apparently thought he sucked after reading his page on the hh website and ended up using him as food... now I'm kicking myself hopefully I pull another one.
@@seen3804 yeah I’m only going to use uncommon as food from now on because I feel like I’ve probably messed up with who I used as food. I think I looked at the fact he was not recommended for pvp. I remembered thinking his rating was really low but now I’m looking and they gave him a 4….. I thought when I looked he was like a 2.5 at least that’s what my mind told me when I used him as food.
I feel your pain, I fed High Khatun after my first month. (In hindsight, H.H.'s website says Do Not Feed - I should have read it better!) Took me a year to pull her again. When you get another Venomage ... put her into clan boss xx
Personally I raised Great Hall Attack before HP or Defence to increase my clan boss damage. All of my champs are attack based damage and as its unkillable defence and HP dont matter much.
Up intell 3 months ago I didn't know what I was doing lol and I'm over a year in and playing major Catch up on my championship and my Great Hall is so very very sad lol. I was a very casual player lol and I'm FTP. I'm finally getting to where I need to be in Clan Boss. But my Area/tag teams horrorable lol hence my great hall lol.. I can't wait to be able to try and win a take over from HH lol

HH I was just watching a video from 2 years ago where you’re coaching someone from NM to UNM and you say “the best teams in the world have Raglin, Martyr, Apoth, etc. and they can do 50 mil damage” 😂 you should make a video reacting/discussing changes from then to now. 1:57 not quite true, not every champion benefits from accuracy, 95 percent do, sure, but not everyyy champion places a debuff and needs accuracy...all the other ones, sure
He’s got a pretty similar account to me where you’ve got a lot of champs that aren’t QUITE what you need / meta and you don’t want to waste your resources on OK gear and OK champs. But you also want to put champions in a very specific place (trunda for arena, dutchess for arena etc). Like I hesitate to build certain champs cause I’m waiting on kymar, helicath, Draco etc cause I feel like it’s a waste to build a niche epic

I feel you should mention to someone like this that doesnt quite understand gearing the minimum and ideal stats they would want to hit at their level of game. Such as speed or accuracy.
I think its stupid how people sleep on levelling champs, for me thats what i do for 80 percent of the game at the moment, the more 60s you have the more options you have across the board

i use deliana death knight magnar and nethrill in my arena team with ok gear im lvl 59 and i get gold 1 easey but since last week i keep getting very strong opponents im silver 4 now my team is 143k but i get 180k and higher all the time even when i put 1 champ in def and to be even more unlucky im at lvl 7 great hall mission for arbiter...
@@GSRGaming115 for 1v1 its easey you just need 4 champs lvl 60 with full masteries but 3v3 its harder im still in bronze 3 in tag arena but i dont realy care im 15 fragments away from getting drextar

HH i'm embarrassed every time to enter into your account takeovers cuz I know 100% I'm gonna be roasted af for my arena. I need help with arena - I've tried and tried and tried to make my traditional speed team great and have little success.My great hall is a sad sight, at least for my level. But I hold my own in G5 because I have the champs and gears, but am wondering if all my champs might allow me to do more. Especially in 3v3
What lv are you and where are you in 3v3? If you are in G5, you will recover fast from whatever mistakes you made in GH since you can farm 3-4k gold/month with normal play.

I can't watch these videos anymore. These people........GEEEEZUS!!! Keeping 4 star gear, not even rolling up to 12, builds wrong, great hall awful, on and on. Lazy people just wanted HH to do everything for them.
It’s funny really it’s supposed to be a game but it’s too focused on stats so what is this thing you can’t pve without pvp you spend hours days even trying to find one gear that has all the things on it 😅 it’s not a game it’s a job or fruit machine one of the two
What i dont like about your videos sometimes is that you make it sound so damn easy to get these stats. The gear drops randomly, the stats are upgraded randomly. The whole game is a fucking random number generator with scarce resources. You've taught me quite a bit, but it's not an easy game and I think you lose sight of that.
I would say as a form of creative criticism, you focus too much on whats bad and not enough on whats good or could be done. So generally speaking, focus on what is done well and hghlight those parts, downplay whats bad and dont attack the person with this account by saying things like "what did you think here" So focus on whats good, because this is infront of an audience, something i learned as a manager was praise in public criticism in private. otherwise you are sort of shooting yourself in the foot. So an example of good criticism could be, "this champion has 2 skills which he needs accuracy for and i see that your accuracy is a bit low, you should aim at around 250 accuracy, but hs speed and other stats are really well done" (if you think so) In terms of "what is this champion used for" instead phrase it as "this champions strengths are primarily (whatever those are) so we should aim to use him this way.) Dont roast people for entertainment, its bad sport and is more likely to turn a person away from playing this game and even some of the non player audience. If you focus on what is positive you are more likely to build them up, improve their confidence and like the game more along with the audience. Lets say 10% of your audience isnt playing this game, if you criticize people for bad builds they dont want to start playing, if you instead highlight what is done right a lot more people would want to play this game. This also helps you and your channel in growth. Lets say they have deacon or dhukk, but hardly use them anywhere highlight what is so awesome about those champions, and focus a bit more about how to build them. Instead of what you are in some parts doing now "but you have deacon and he is so badly built you cant use him" say "Deacons greatest strength is his -def alongside his speed boost, so we want to focus on those things" "your speed on deacon is very good but he lacks the accuracy to do the other thing he is also great at." Just look inside yourself for 15 seconds and this become apparent to you yourself as well, you dont react well to destructive criticism, you do react well to positive criticism. Lets take your relationship as a small example which might be more easily understood. So i imagine you go out with the trash, Lets say your wife says "you always take them out on time and i am so happy with that, it is just that you dont empty our waste baskets at the same time" Now you would probably feel more motivated to empty your trash baskets inside too"." She could say "you are fucking useless why do you even put the trash bins away for emptying if you dont even empty the trash baskets inside?" One of those two sentences will make you more incentivised to do it and its usually not the latter.

Yea. Totally agree. He needed it badly. It is great when the right person gets that boost of knowledge from an experienced CC like HH.

An interesting idea for a new challenge might be Zero Great Hall (minimum levels needed for Arbiter and all points in Attack only).

Rhazin can hit for 80/90k a hit with Bad El, at only 250 CD. If you can get him to 300 plus it would be insane .

I think its stupid how people sleep on levelling champs, for me thats what i do for 80 percent of the game at the moment, the more 60s you have the more options you have across the board

How do people get all these legendary champions? I only have 3, and 2 of them were the ones that everyone got.
RNG. I am lvl 95 and while l have comperable number of legos after 20months playing . I have no dutchess, thundra, mashaled or other power legos.

i use deliana death knight magnar and nethrill in my arena team with ok gear im lvl 59 and i get gold 1 easey but since last week i keep getting very strong opponents im silver 4 now my team is 143k but i get 180k and higher all the time even when i put 1 champ in def and to be even more unlucky im at lvl 7 great hall mission for arbiter...

I’m always broke on silver, no matter how much I farm it just seems like I’m always tweaking gear like so broke I couldn’t buy a mystery shard. Does anyone else have this problem is it just me?

The biggest issue I have with this game is Great Hall you cant rework, it would be such a benefit to have that option.

HH i'm embarrassed every time to enter into your account takeovers cuz I know 100% I'm gonna be roasted af for my arena. I need help with arena - I've tried and tried and tried to make my traditional speed team great and have little success.My great hall is a sad sight, at least for my level. But I hold my own in G5 because I have the champs and gears, but am wondering if all my champs might allow me to do more. Especially in 3v3
What lv are you and where are you in 3v3? If you are in G5, you will recover fast from whatever mistakes you made in GH since you can farm 3-4k gold/month with normal play.

It’s funny really it’s supposed to be a game but it’s too focused on stats so what is this thing you can’t pve without pvp you spend hours days even trying to find one gear that has all the things on it 😅 it’s not a game it’s a job or fruit machine one of the two
What i dont like about your videos sometimes is that you make it sound so damn easy to get these stats. The gear drops randomly, the stats are upgraded randomly. The whole game is a fucking random number generator with scarce resources. You've taught me quite a bit, but it's not an easy game and I think you lose sight of that.
This account lookks like someone playing casual that doens really care to progress.

I would say as a form of creative criticism, you focus too much on whats bad and not enough on whats good or could be done. So generally speaking, focus on what is done well and hghlight those parts, downplay whats bad and dont attack the person with this account by saying things like "what did you think here"
So focus on whats good, because this is infront of an audience, something i learned as a manager was praise in public criticism in private. otherwise you are sort of shooting yourself in the foot.
So an example of good criticism could be, "this champion has 2 skills which he needs accuracy for and i see that your accuracy is a bit low, you should aim at around 250 accuracy, but hs speed and other stats are really well done" (if you think so)
In terms of "what is this champion used for" instead phrase it as "this champions strengths are primarily (whatever those are) so we should aim to use him this way.)
Dont roast people for entertainment, its bad sport and is more likely to turn a person away from playing this game and even some of the non player audience. If you focus on what is positive you are more likely to build them up, improve their confidence and like the game more along with the audience.
Lets say 10% of your audience isnt playing this game, if you criticize people for bad builds they dont want to start playing, if you instead highlight what is done right a lot more people would want to play this game. This also helps you and your channel in growth.
Lets say they have deacon or dhukk, but hardly use them anywhere highlight what is so awesome about those champions, and focus a bit more about how to build them. Instead of what you are in some parts doing now "but you have deacon and he is so badly built you cant use him" say "Deacons greatest strength is his -def alongside his speed boost, so we want to focus on those things" "your speed on deacon is very good but he lacks the accuracy to do the other thing he is also great at."
Just look inside yourself for 15 seconds and this become apparent to you yourself as well, you dont react well to destructive criticism, you do react well to positive criticism. Lets take your relationship as a small example which might be more easily understood. So i imagine you go out with the trash, Lets say your wife says "you always take them out on time and i am so happy with that, it is just that you dont empty our waste baskets at the same time" Now you would probably feel more motivated to empty your trash baskets inside too"."
She could say "you are fucking useless why do you even put the trash bins away for emptying if you dont even empty the trash baskets inside?" One of those two sentences will make you more incentivised to do it and its usually not the latter.
The reason he is not progressing with the gear and all is because he does not know the game. Simple as that. Sorry poonda. Try another game. Thanks.
