One things to be added is the fact that unchained have a very bad match up against tear, with the ishizu miller tear demolish the deck like nothing, put an abyss dweller and other monster on the field and they're pretty much screwed. The interruption of unchained to pop trigger all of tear card and punish it by doing something else like pop, shuffle, fusion summon ecc.

Id also mention d.d crow is phenomenal vs unchained, if u know u can deal with their endboard u hit the blue dog to get rid of most of their grind game, if u need to stop them from making theid board hitting yamma in a good spot really hinders their endboard

As an OCG player, I was quite suprised when I heard that Unchained is at a high tier in the TCG meta. I personally love the concept, but the deck feels quite inconsistent and a bit underwhelming... It's also weak to the "C"

Unchained OCG Japan-Chinese usually build their deck more control oriented. And they usually in top cut too. Maybe because some decks is still popular there like Tear and Purrely, difficult match up for Unchained.

@@casinoroyal93 Sure, chain Maxx C, response ? Good luck sitting on a couple traps + Caesar while opponent draw like 5+ cards. Unchained completely fold to 1 single most popular card in every decks, that's the reason it sucks there.
