I went down to the lowest moment and when I was there I told myself now I was going to focus on myself and start healing myself and now almost two years am in such a good place and now I can also describe to you how if felt. How are you doing now? ❤️ i understand how you feel a year ago I was so depressed and during that period I could never describe to others how I felt because they didn’t understand they told me to grow up and that i was making things difficult for them so I told myself that I was going to feel how i felt at the time. I went down to the lowest moment and when I was there I told myself now I was going to focus on myself and start healing myself and now almost two years am in such a good place and now I can also describe to you how if felt. It felt like being in the deepest part of the ocean where everything is dark and that water swirling around you in a fast pace and that wind making it impossible for you to breathe and a lig shinning on you in the depts of the ocean wanting to stop being in that place and ones you want to reach beyond the light all those things you fear lurks there so you have no choice to stay in that place. But i can tell you one thing you will get out there do things that you love hold onto that thing that makes you want to live❤️ Put yourself first okay I have you in my prayers.
