Qu-Bit Electronix Nebulae & Prism

One sound, two modules, one controller. A nice simple exploration. Playing with the new Qu-Bit Electronix Nebulae granular sampler and multidimensional signal processor Prism, propelled into action by the 16n Controller. If you watch carefully you'll see one of the modules try to escape the case as they aren't screwed in as yet :-D

Simple but very effective the controller adds some nice touches. Been thinking of a sampler might have to take a look at the Nebulae. Mind you I am thinking of loads of modules. Nice work.

I use the Make Noise Morphagene too which is a super powerful machine in tandem with the Nebulae. Both different but similar and contrast each other so well.

Thanks Brian. There are SO many options regarding filters these days. I used the Mannequins Three Sisters which is great, but also use the AJH Synth Gemini 2412 Dual SVF, Befaco BF-22 VCF Sallen-Key Filter, Erica Synths Black Polivoks VCF and others. The Erica Synths filters are very impressive and capable of some great sounds too!

the soundsthat came out of those two modules had more urgency than the safety of the module! Excellent sounds, perfect listen! The sample that you use in the Nebulae is yours or does it come in the memory of the module?

It's one of my sounds, think it began life as a piano :-D But the sample banks that come on the card itself are magnificent!! and SO easy to add your own samples, just drag them onto the SD card, no formatting necessary or anything. Perfect for creativity

That's another thing modules have in common with partners, if they don't get properly screwed they'l leave.

The fact that there is one patch cable going into Nebulae makes this video the most densely patched video of Nebulae in existence. Ever wonder why there is no video online of the Nebulae V2 being patched into a system?

I sometimes have it completely patched in cables and running in my system! As with many modules sometimes you don't need to use every CV input and just one is enough!
