Hi Ben, At this moment I'am (binge)watching your Hasta Alaska series and I love your incredible amount and intensity of adventures you experienced. You were younger in those days and above all far more fearless. Life then was so unpreditable and sometimes not without danger. But your travel spirit was always insatiable. Your way of travelling has changed over time. And I must confess that I miss those adventures in your videos of today. Those were the days...
Glad you getting warmer. As a former LPG inspector for longevity’s sake scrape and POR paint your tank Please. I mean you painted everything else. Happy travels
Great video as always ❤ One correction:Andalucía is one of Spains 17 autonomous regions an consists of 8 provinces: Almería, Granada, Málaga, Jaén, Córdoba, Sevilla, Cádiz y Huelva. It is indeed a very beautiful part of Spain and great to explore!
Awesome … great to watch youre new vlog … and wow… loving the Spanish vibe … and the most amazing views … scenery is stunning! You guys illustrate the beauty of simple living … van life 🙏🥰
*1)Not going to lie, I moved out of the way when I saw Ben opening the champagne bottle. And I'm sitting in San Diego, California, USA... I'm sure someone else did that too. 2)The Victorinox serrated knife is a great choice, not to mention it's as sharp as a razor blade.
Amazing video guys, love the series, much more now after the struggles you went through... being able to appreciate the sun and warmth again, gotta be fantastic! Hope you have a great time in Portugal, their Portuguese is quite unique compared to ours here in BR. Stay safe!
Hey Ben, I was wondering how old Alaska is now? I’ve been following you for years and she’s been there almost from the start so she’s doing great regardless of her age but I was just curious!
Thanks for another excellent episode! Any chance you could hook up with UA-camrs “The Indie Projects” while in Portugal? They did the van life all over Europe before settling down in Portugal. Wishing you all well, and happy camping!
@@KombiLife it can be tough usually ends up with damaging the steering wheel. Try putting the puller on, tighten and then give the centre nut a tap with a hammer. The garage may have tried this though. good luck happy travels
@@KaptainKastle neither actually, this is supposed to be a trial run for the lifestyle, so let's see what she thinks of the of the next country and they we will decide on a bigger trip if Tamara is keen
Can you give a few tips on route planning and how you find camping spots . ..I'm wondering what that trip is like that you did in December time..that's when we're planning to drive to Málaga Thanks

Cheers Marcus :)

Such a lovely comment. Thanks so much ☺️
Why do I feel like this is really Tamara's world, and she graciously allows us to live in it?

Thanks for that! I see that Andalusia is a department or an autonomous region, not a province - we apprecaite the correction

We will be celebrating Alaska’s 11th birthday in the next episodes 😲
Fantastic video, love that area, best of luck continuuing.

Come to Tomar in Portugal. Nice templar Castle lovely city, castelo do bode dam.. Nice place.
Sounds great, next time!
You drove past caminito del rey, amazing walk. Good to see you back on the road. When was your van breakdown?
Yes it really is an amazing walk.
@@KombiLife you walked it then? We did last year and was amazing.
Tamara making a reduction, followed by Tamara making a reduction of the bottle.
hahaha
✌️
It’s bad luck if you don’t take a sip after doing a cheers
that's true
I'm surprised you heard cicadas at that time of year, even down there in Andalusia 🤷🏻♂️
Very happy for both of you but honestly I enjoyed watching your suffering more !
Strange how that is.
Thanks for another excellent episode!

They did the van life all over Europe before settling down in Portugal.
Wishing you all well, and happy camping!
Get your puller kit out again, your steering wheel needs it!
We can’t remove it no matter what we tried. We went to a garage with all the tools in the world and it won’t budge. Unfortunately

What about the 90 days ?
We organised the trip to be within the 90 day limit. Unfortunate that we lost so much time being broken down in one place
@KombiLife so what now ? Over to Morocco or back to the safety of UK?
@@KaptainKastle neither actually, this is supposed to be a trial run for the lifestyle, so let's see what she thinks of the of the next country and they we will decide on a bigger trip if Tamara is keen
You know she could take her coat off while driving. Been doing it a while now
But it more fun with help 😛
Tamara do you have any older single sisters 😊❤
I’ll put in your applications 😛
ok,spanish desert or mexican desert????
Spanish
Just don’t do the over the top laughing bit like the end of the original Italian Job, would hate to see you hanging over a precipice.
