Surrounded by the mountains Kozjak and Mosor, the town of Solin is located on the river Jadro, which we call the Croatian Jordan, in the middle of central Dalmatia, only 5 kilometers north of Split. Given that it is located right next to Split, unfortunately, it does not get the attention it deserves. Solin is considered the cradle of ancient and old Croatian history, but also Solin is the youngest population city in the Republic of Croatia.
