    Great explanation especially when he exaggerates the movement to get his point across

    I wonder why Bob doesn't compete more or at a higher level. Maybe he does but he's just never got to the top. Incredible teaching.

      Bob is a multiple world champion, and lately he’s been doing quite a few tournaments and supermatches and doing EXTREMELY well.

      Haven't you seen him at Monster Factory? He's doing just fine.

      Bob's currently undefeated at Monster Factory. I think he's like 4-0.

    Only prime version of John Roidzrenk could hook this version of Marcio and beat him like his girlfrend, no one else around 100kg, maby only Prudnik.

    Bob, why wouldn't you use a resistence band to help you holp guys like Pavlo? Like that video of Larry Wheels sparring with Levan

      Cause he wants them to learn, no need for much force to be applied

      I think this was filmed before a a big training day, he says don't put too much pressure etc because he doesn't want to take away from that later training

    Was this before or after you cornered against him?

    7:30 - no Pavlo, you lost because John was stronger, didn't matter if you won left handed (John's left is weak and he doesn't even pull with his left), this has nothing to do with injury in the first pull.

      dont be such a pole rider. you have no idea..really.

      Absolutely. What I am saying is I cannot fully enjoy and perform in this match. Plus I did not want this to go public because it does not matter. Plus FYI John easily beat Jeff Dabe at practice. So he does pull left. Sometimes. And yes he did that for me.

      @@pavloderbedyenyev7426 I'm not trying to be a douche or fanboy in the comments, it just sounded like you were making some excuses for that match.
      Today you probably could beat Brzenk though. You should practice with Todd Hutchings to see.

      @RDS_Armwrestling Рік тому

      From what I heard, it sounds like he had a pretty unusual but painful injury during the match. I don't think anyone can pull full power with an injury anywhere in their body.
