- In this video I demonstrate how to apply polo wraps / fleece bandages to a horse.
We look at how to fleece bandages on a horse differently according to the different widths and lengths of the bandages. Also how to apply polo wraps to front and back legs which are different lengths and widths as well.
I show you how to angle them so you put on the horse bandages with smooth turns that stay secure. There is clear narration and demonstration for how to put on polo wraps so they start at the top and go down past the sesamoids, then back up to finish where you started with neat turns and even pressure.
Finally I show you how to remove the polo wraps from the horse.

Hi, I have a 14.3hh pony and I am really struggling to find one that fits? The polo fleece wraps are premier equine but they have too much length and too much volume, they just don't fit her legs. Any ideas?
Trim the end 😜
my velcro keeps being inside out.. what am i doing wrong? i’m wrapping it the same way as you but everytime i reach the top i realize the velcro is facing the leg rather than outside 😬😬
Roll the bandage in on itself.
Velcro tab to the Velcro fuzz when you start rolling
@@equievolvecoaching5777 thanks guys haha i figured it out
Your missing the bandage pad
They are fleece polo wraps which can be used with or without pads. Elastic bandages or stable bandages must be used with a pad!
