I think they should increase the Phantom percentage when they play tbh, I don't know if there's been a single Phantom win in this lobby since they started playing this mod.
Not to mention, Phantom is supposed to encourage Crew to do their tasks rather than run around to look for bodies or mess around so if they're not really a threat it's a bit pointless.
I know there's been a glitch that Phantom can walk through walls, but I kinda like it tbh - either it hasn't affected these guys, or no one's tried it I guess because they still haven't gotten a Phantom win since it happened.
Phantom seems harder on this mod anyway since - they're not completely invisible when stood still - and apparently the tasks don't scale like they did in Otto's mod so I kinda hope they keep that as a feature, unless ofc they change Phantom to be more like Otto''s mod.
15:53 Not every game is only fun if you use your role's ability, there are plenty of games that are funny and enjoyable w/out ever once needing to use your role (swapping ppl, Mayor votes, revive someone, venting, Sheriff killing, etc), especially w/ an amazing group like this.
People need to be less afraid of not getting to use their role before they die/the game ends and just play, and enjoy the game for what it is.
I acc like Time Lord the way it is tbh, but I understand why some people can find it frustrating tbh.
Since Time Lord can revive multiple times a game/round (especially depending on the revive duration and cooldown), I wonder if the role would be better if they removed the kill animations tbh (if someone is killed by a Morphling/Glitch/Camouflager/Swooper, they won't see the true identity of their killer).
I guess people could follow their killer until their ability wears off, but I'm not sure how likely people are to do it and at least it might help a little.
If they do get frustrated by the Time Lord's revive ability though, they can lower the rewind duration and/or higher the cooldown, but they could also turn the revives off tbh - Time Lord is definitely still fun & useful without their revive though, they can:
- catch a Swooper, Glitch, Morphling or Camouflager as their timer runs out
- pull an Imposter/Engineer out of the vents, or put them back in one
- pull themselves back through a door after it closes (e.g. specimen doors, or for a sabo), or send someone else back through a door
- escape/get away from someone they think wants to kill them, etc

I wish they would turn Swapper back on, if only at 30-40%.
They just need to make sure they don't play it in a frustrating way, i.e.:
* trying to get sus on themselves to throw someone else out
* swapping someone for a joke at their expense/that only you find funny
* swapping people for no reason
* swapping people w/out saying anything or giving them a chance to defend themselves, etc.
Swapper is played best when you:
* only swap people who aren't at risk of getting voted out (to scare them/for fun)
* sus ppl & give them a chance to explain themselves, swap to vote them out/save them if you think crew made a mistake w/ their votes
When you're trolling as Mayor and unknowingly save the game from jester, lol

@@VictusBcb you saw both of them as well? I'll be honest, I didn't even realize I was watching the same game until they started talking about the rewind in lab. Which was still pretty early, but I remembered the ending would be worth it :-)
I know people don't want to die when they have a fun role, but I wish people didn't spend most of the rounds hiding tbh (and everyone seems to do it). They seem to be tasks more lately, which has been more enjoyable ,but hopefully they'll eventually get to a point where they don't hide w/ their roles.

e missing in Sleepy
Yeah timelord has been obviously overpowered since it was introduced. It basically forces impostor to always wait for a time skip before doing anything or risk basically having an auto-loss. Being limited to killing after time skips also makes the likelihood of getting caught much higher. It needs some kind of alteration, like either make it a once per game use with a higher rewind time(like 10-15 seconds) or keep the current cooldown and cut it to a 2 second rewind.
I like that they seem to be enjoying Among Us again, it was kinda rough when everyone was getting burnt out w/ it.
I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence, but it's interesting that it feels like people are enjoying games more now because everyone's doing tasks again (or more often), but it could also be because they took a longer break from the game w/ all the Valo they've been playing.
I feel like one of the biggest reasons people don't enjoy Among Us lately (other than it being easier by now to tell if ppl are lying or not), IS BECAUSE no one does tasks tbh. If people don't do tasks:
* Imposters/bad roles can't try out plays w/ their kills
* Imposters are more likely to get caught because people are just running around the map.
They're never gonna get a task win, but the point of doing tasks isn't just for a task win really, it's to distract crew and to put pressure on the Imposters; roles like Snitch, Phantom, and Arsonist are supposed to encourage people to do tasks (either to activate a role or to prevent other roles getting an easy win).
They don't seem to be helping much tho tbh, so maybe they should up the percentage, especially for roles like Phantom (which I don't think I've seen win once in this lobby since they started Town of Us) and Snitch (but I wish Snitch had a toggle setting that the names don't appear red in meetings so it wasn't too easy).
I feel like there are still things they can do to try and enjoy games more tbh tho:
- play with a larger variety of people again (but I do love their usual groups tbh)
- change maps more often (just hv to remember to load the settings for each map)
- test ALL of the different settings and ALL roles
- try out prox chat again a couple of times
- try out different mods as well (like mods people like LoafX play - Pennywise, Stranger Things, Minecraft Mobs, Knight, Minions, Freddy Fazbear, NoVisor, Iron Man, Thanos, Avatar, Harry Potter, flashlight, etc.)
Poor Kimi, she was guaranteed that Jester win until DK took it from her lol, it would hv been so funny for her to get the win like that w/ both 5up & SMajor accusing her, plus she had pretty good acting there tbh.
On the bright side though, this might be the first time DK acc STOPPED a Jester win tbh.
I love games like this where people are more playful (even Dumbdog was pretty jovial rather than getting mad at the game like he usually will). Honestly, that's why Steve and Kimi are my favourite people from the lobby anyway, because they're so hilarious & know how to have fun w/ everything.
9:10 It has been kinda fun to see DK (and Dumbdog acc) in Chilled's lobbies tbh, but it depends what mood he's in. If DK doesn't really care much about the games he can be a bit frustrating by not paying attention and pushing on people w/ the classic DK tunnel, getting himself voted out whether he's crew or Imp., throwing games because he doesn't care about the outcome, etc, but if he's in a good mood than it's really entertaining to watch.
Chilled's kinda the same tbh, he's fun most of the time but sometimes he can make games frustrating (mainly when he's crew and plays as Imp. - lying about someone's role to get them voted, outing someone's role to get them assassinated, getting sus on himself as Swapper to turn it on someone else, voting ppl out as Mayor/Swapper for a joke too often or w/out letting them hv a chance to defend themselves, etc).
I feel like it's about the balance of chaos and seriousness (which is why Hafu and Steve were perfect in this lobby tbh).
Ngl, It's pretty satisfying seeing that purple name & role next to DK's purple Among Us character tbh.
I kinda wish they would change the creepy hands to be a skin instead of a hat tbh (and remove the blue so it works on every colour), so you can wear it WITH other hats lol. Maybe remove the dog on the visor too.
It might be cool if they added extra vote stickers for Mayor each vote they cast in the meeting (that only Mayor can see ofc), to make it easier for people to realise how many times they've voted (since they don't seem to pay attention to the count at the bottom, especially when new to the role)

Public among us lobbies are pretty dead compared to what they were. And most lobbies now have cancer rules like x2 speed, very few tasks, visuals, etc. Basically would be impossible for impostors to win if most public lobby players weren't also incredibly stupid.
Me nor any of my friends have played since last year but we still watch the streamers religiously. Casual play is nothing compared to the organized rules and modded roles the streamers get to use.

1:40 I feel like Sleepy must not have been paying attention or just forgotten bcos I've never seen that happen w/ Time Lord tbh, although sometimes it does feel like it rewinds people differently (i.e. at different speeds or different distances) since you may see someone after/during a rewind that you didn't pass before, which is kinda weird.
you know, as often as he doesn't pay attention, I don't think his handle is an accident (or at least not a complete coincidence). Kind of like how an acquaintance of mine has lazy in his handle...

15:10 I kinda wish DK didn't vote Sleepy for fun there tbh; in this game it was fine, but in general, I feel like it's best not to play like that (or at least only do it rarely).
Obviously he thought he was just having fun since Kimi had been caught, but the fact that she was Jester shows exactly why you don't do things like that as Mayor tbh
- you have no clue if the person is Jester, Imp., Engineer, Swapper, etc
- you have no clue if there's both Imp. & a Glitch, one of each, one Imp. or one Glitch left AND you might need those Mayor votes later to save the game from one of those roles.
Not to mention, playing like that is how people get frustrated w/ Mayor & Swapper being in the game tbh, if someone gets voted out/swapped
- for no reason
- w/out being given a chance to defend themselves
- just for a joke at their expense, etc,
it can make those roles (and the whole game) frustrating tbh.
It can be hilarious to do that w/ Mayor & Swapper sometimes, but they hv to be self-aware/careful to make sure it doesn't happen enough to ruin games for ppl.
In general Mayor & Swapper should be played where they only use their abilities to fix it if they think crew voted wrong, to try and save the game tbh.

The channel isn't dead. There are still videos being uploaded regularly, and people enjoying the content. If you don't like the content, you're absolutely free to hit that unsub button and check back up on the channel in a year or two to see if things changed to your liking.
