I love playing swordsoul, been on it since it came out. Congrats on the top 4 as well, just goes to show if you know what you're doing you can beat the higher tier decks

@@liamscotting6926 yeah that's what I thought he was saying but I don't know why. He said it's good going first to dodge but how can you dodge without the Blue Tenyi? That's literally what it's there for.

Got first place and topped2x the past 2 weeks with this build. I’ve been playing swordsoul since it came out and honestly this is the most fun I’ve had with the deck just because of its crazy interactions with super poly and rivalry in this format.

Idk if it was really Tombox i was playing against on edopro and not just a pretender but if it was you, it was extremely nice seeing a big yugituber playing and texting with normal players like that. You were playing Kashtira vs me learning/testing Swordsoul. I asked you for some tips and you told me you’d upload this deck profile. (It might be weird talking about this like it was THE experience of my life but that match & chat really did my day). Oh and great deck profile, i can see the synergy and how the cards work together to break boards while doing the combos.

This build is actually kinda sick, I think I'm gonna try it at my next locals
Chixchao and Blackout pass is actually strong; timed correctly and played optimally. People undervalue it. Double synchro isn’t always the way but if you can get sinister longyuan as well, it’s so much pressure. Still a fun deck and very efficient. OTK push from almost anywhere too.

I won against a lot of tearlament players over the public events at side decks extrav. I play a 45 card build and its very similar. I just add the handies in and drnm. Going second its devastating as i also run evenly.

@@Cetra29 I don't really get what you mean. If your monster is unaffected Honest won't work on him. If your opponent monster is unaffected in a battle against it, your monster will get the attack boost.

How is Mystic Mine utilized in SwordSoul?
Break boards going 2nd and you can spin it back with your own baxia
You can use it going first and use circle or blackout to clear your Chixiao

You give your opponent knowledge of 4/5 cards in your hand
Your opponent resolving a havnis on your mo ye normal summon isn't even all that crazy. They're either going to miss or make a kitkalos at best. They would need to hit a name and have another Tearlament in hand to make an interruption on your turn
You mentioned you were not playing into Nibiru but then you do this combo that plays into it hard lol
That was a very specific combo against tearlaments, who don't play nibiru. Turn your headphones on and you'll be able to lisoten to it next time

Swordsoul summons a buncha white cards and puts a lot of dmg on board and I have no problems with that. What I have a problem with is people relying on Mine in everything but hey, u do what u gotta do to win. Konami doesnt care about balance so why should the players

The real point was people do what they must to win in the format. If a card is objectively useful in a format and is legal, there's no shame in using it.
Similar things can be said about:
Dark ruler, D shifter, They are the basic power plays of the format.
They force a response or suffer the consequences.
If the other guy builds a full board, modern Yu-Gi-Oh doesn't allow the other guy to even play. Mine is just another power card that pressures people to react or lose everything. (like a backrow deck getting hit by evenly)
It's very uncommon to see at the top tables someone stalling with mine for deck out (except Mine Burn)

I;'m sorry but if youre going to do a deck profile, explain the cards or the reasoning behind them. You show the first card and then thats it. I say this because if every deck profile does this how is anyone gonna understand? I def dont know anything about swordsoul and would like to understand everything
