Scrumptious vibes & impeccable taste. Your eye for detail and willingness to "sift" through magazines for ("inspirational") decor is spot on. FYI....there's free TV appts that provide many selections of beautiful roaring 🔥(romantic and otherwise) Fireplace's with sounds of cracking firewood that provide mesmerizing "ambiance" if you're interested. With that great TV and beautiful living room set-up along with that fantastic skyline view - it's just a thought. You really hit-it-out-of-the-park with your decor choices. Chef's Kiss💋

Get a nice heavy bookend made from bronze or something along the lines, like a gargoyle or a foo dog and put that in front of your vinyls to keep them from sliding.
I can’t lie, seeing a fashion and lifestyle creator you respect talk about music and their guitar cab is dope. Every time you divided your records to move them, the one on the top was also one in my collection haha

Instead of putting that rolling piece in storage, you should have put it by the window and put the plants on it. Cool loft. Love the table under the stairs.
Honestly it just looks too "little kid" for me. Storage all day. I appreciate the idea though, definitely something for the plants by the window would be amazing!

Just for your information, Thai food is eaten with a spoon and a fork, not chop sticks! 🤪
Next time you go to one of the Chiang Mail restaurants or order from them please ask them if they have Gang Hung Lay. It’s pronounced exactly like it looks to you as a native English speaker. It’s a pork curry dish that isn’t hot like Thai food normally is because it doesn’t contain chili, as far as I know. In Thailand you can get that dish only in the northern part and a few restaurants in Bangkok. It’s originally from Burma. An absolute must have! Best Thai dish in my book! Since Chiang Mai is a city and a province in northern Thailand you might get lucky and they have it. At the very least they’ll know what it is and might make it for you, if it’s not on their menu. Worth a try!

I'll try to put the TV under the stairs or in front of it. Organize the living room around the bench with the turntables and your beautiful vinyl collection. You should highlight it. And then reconfigure your seating with that.

Like the low-profile table under the stairs. Would put the records in somekind of low crate/box with felt pads or wheels so you can pull them in and out.

Immediately subscribed after watching 2 or 3 videos from you. Your apartment in Toronto looks cosy even now and it reminds me of my flat when I studied in Seoul. Immediately getting that feeling of the Seoul time back then. As a perfume lover I really like your taste in perfumes. Love the good theme mixture in your vids and your voice. Keep up that style.
Personal preference: The wooden stairs and the dark brown parquet/wooden floor look good and I think they will fit well with a coloured wall, only one. Maybe a mossy or a forest green, at least a darker and natural type of green.

After he wiped off the table I was watching those wet swipes dry and kept thinking "Dry it off! Don't let the swirls dry in place." Drying off the wet allows you to polish the table. Of course, under the stairs so who cares but couldn't help thinking it. :) Then watching him push the table around with the tv on it. Oh, I kept thinking "Protect your tv! Take it off the table while you move it. It makes the table lighter to move." I had no idea I was so opinionated on this stuff until I watched this. I really enjoyed watch you figure it out and your style. Subscribed.
Lmfao! You’re actually so right. When I clean other surfaces I usually go back and polish with a micro fiber cloth. But not this time lol. And moving it with the TV on it was psychotic behavior idk what’s wrong with me 😆

I think you can utilize the underside of one or possibly more of your stairs in a way that could bring some interest to that area. You can use screw hooks and screw them into the bottom of the higher steps. You could even use fishing line to hang the mirror from the hook. I think that spot would look great with a plant floating under the stairs… something like a Stag-horn or Boston Fern for shape comparison.

Just put that table where the TV was but make it empty. Just TV and table and maybe something little next to it like a pretty incense with a pretty incense holder

Try putting a tall vertical artwork on the right side of the table instead of the landscape one you have so it fills more of that vertical space since you can't fit the mirror.

@@PeytonBourree I have both headphones - I'd say the Dyson are more comforable, less loud but more dynamic & bass - I think they're both good but only from a consumer standpoint, not from an audiophile standpoint. I'm sure there's better headphones out there but for style, and build quality I enjoy them.
