So lovely to watch your videos, always so helpful and informative, I am still using my original Vertuo machine I have had for ages and I still love it! My Vertuo Pop was returned faulty!
Is that the Vertuo Evoluo machine that’s on the website? Or the VertuoPlus machine? Sorry to hear about your Pop 😕 Glad you were able to return it though. Thanks too 😊
I ended up getting a Pop+ ( I got suckered in by the colour lol) but I would definitely not give up my Vertuo Plus Deluxe machine. There is no comparison between the two. My Pop+ is ridiculously loud and really throws a lot of grounds into my cup. It seems to be settling down a little now that I've had it awhile but I just find that the build quality is nowhere near as good as the Plus Deluxe. I do like the smaller footprint on my counter though. I find the buttons a bit finicky, when I run a shot through it before and after. It takes awhile for it to stop pushing water through after tapping the button to stop it. I guess I got spoiled with the Plus Deluxe which was just that much more responsive. I also don't like how it leaves water sitting in the capsule holder. Not a huge deal, but my Plus Deluxe doesn't do that, so I noted it. Does yours do that? Thanks for another great review! 😊
Hi 👋 Glad you enjoyed the video and agree with your thoughts there. I don’t own a Vertuo Plus Deluxe but I do own a Vertuo plus and out of all the Vertuo machines I’ve had so far, that’s the one I’d keep personally. I like the automatic movement to open the lid with just one touch and you could probably see in the video, I was taken a little by surprise with how long it took to stop pouring the shot of water after pressing the button to stop it, that espresso glass very nearly overflowed 😅 And yes there is some standing water left behind inside the machine where the capsule spins, as there are no little holes in the capsule holder like the Vertuo Plus had, which allowed that water to drain away if I remember correctly. Thanks for sharing your experience 😀
All I see from these machines are leaks and cups that have more than 1/2 of the cup full of froth. I returned mine the same day and I really wanted to like it!
It may make great coffee, but here in OZ those capsules are not available other than directly from Nespresso. That means it is 100% useless in my case. I buy pods from all sorts of suppliers from the supermarket. My favourites are Starbucks, Nespresso and Vittoria. There is no way I would become slave to the 'send away' for (captive market, expensive) pods. It just makes no sense.
Thanks guys and welcome back, we’ve missed your reviews.
Thanks, much appreciated and will be more to come 😊
Great beginner video! Had no idea about the red ribbon for decaffeinated. Great video. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for taking the time to comment 😊👍🏼
Welcome back. Always enjoy the uploads. Wow that’s one noisy machine!
It really is 😅 Glad you enjoy the videos 🙂👍

I got it through a special offer on Amazon so easy to return but it was not a Evoluo. I must say I do love my Lor now. I love the double pods!
That’s good to hear 😊 Will certainly be making more videos with that machine too in future 👍🏼

Yeah you’re either going to love the froth or it won’t be for you. Hope you’ve found a machine you’re happy with 👍🏼
Sticking with my OG Vertuo machine. 😊 Great videos btw!
I'd still choose my Vertuo Plus out of the Vertuo machines I own 🙂
While I am not really a fan of a bunch of crèma in my cup of coffee it still makes a good cup of coffee. I just spoon out the extra crèma
mine doesn't. it's about 3/4 coffee to 1/4 crema

Wow that's a very noisy machine, think I'll stick with my og vertuo! 🙉
Lots of people seem to love their Original Vertuo machines… I’ll have to try and get hold of one to review 😊
