    I don’t always laugh for five minutes over a thumbnail, but when I do it’s of Toomey mid exhale/pain in a row

      I'd put my money on Fraser and Toomey once again, but let's see. Hopefully we get a good competition.

    The fittest men on earth are actually the decathletes. However these guys also are incredible compared to normal people.

      Lmao I did for a bit, but once I got my bull, shelly and primo to #1 local, I began to lose interest, it was so frustrating because every game I would play with my favourite brawlers would be so intense

    Does anyone see that Matt Fraser has an advantage because of his height. They need to change the events. The shorter you are the more core strength you have. They should make events based on height. Different categories.

    • @heinousmf
      @heinousmf 4 роки тому

      they tried doing events that would be preferable with more height like box jumps but that's about it. usually cross fitters are more shorter so it's tailored around that.

    Handstand walking literally has nothing to do with fitness. All the other events were great!

      RJR Parker Hi. Check out this article:
      “Handstands, hand walking, and pressing to the handstand are critical exercises to developing your athletic potential and essential components to becoming ‘CrossFit.’” library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/17_04_Handstands.pdf

      Have you tried using parallel bars or walking on your hands for more than a few feet? It definitely takes athleticism, balance, and strength. Try it, you'll see.
