Good morning Judy, thank you very much for this eye opener. Why were you when I started my house. I was really exploited, the fundi did a poor job, I had to stop him at the plastering stage. I had to redo the floor when the I was doing the tiles. The floor was done poorly and the plaster guy, thank God he was a genuine person" had to overhaul the whole floor then replaster before placing the tiles. Mind you I had a fundi who has been in the market for many years. Thank you again, you are doing a wonderful job educating people what they need to know when undertaking a project.
Mama some fundi they like to charge a lot and they take long to finish your project a project that could take within 1 month or 2 Month I learned that they do that to charge you more then in times It’s good to manage it and get the stuff that they need the materials And they shouldn’t be paid a lot unless you see some improvement right in there work ?
