    The Column sizes doesn't change much using post tensioning. why have you shown such major changes in column sizes at the end of video it is after all a small change in dead load of building.

    don't we usually leave an opening for the stairs before pouring concrete in the slab? wouldn't breaking the concrete to build the stairs, expose the slab to danger of damaging it?

    An opening in a slab would not be poured and then removed. It would be blocked out and tendons either stress in the opening or stop at the opening (or going around).

    One thing is unclear to me. When you apply tensile force to the strands, strands are extending with what is obviously elastic deformation. How do you keep the strands for not coming back to the previous state, and therefore apply the pressure force to the concrete? How do you lock the strands after post-tensioning, with wedges?

    • @ptsindia

      Good observation. Actually it is just a conceptualised way of the activity. One has to protect the cables from damage while removing concrete. Thanks for sharing your views.

    • @Mrjman245
      @Mrjman245 3 роки тому

      whenever cutting through a PT slab, you should have the slab section scanned first to identify where the PT strands are to avoid cutting them

  • @Schregger
    @Schregger 4 роки тому +2

    So, doing this allows one to make thinner floor/ceiling sections, allowing for more room in between the floor and ceiling, which can also mean short distance between the floor and ceiling, since you dont have to accommodate for ceiling structural supports.
    Huh. Is of no real use to me, but still interesting...

    XD bây giờ ko khác gì Empire State với tòa nhà Chrysler ngày xưa. Bây giờ thì mua nhà trên Amazon, thích nhà nào thì mua rồi họ sẽ ship đến tận nơi tất nhiên là phù hợp quy hoạch. Kiểu người máy biến hình lego, nhà cao tầng thì khung nhà từng tầng đc cẩu lên lắp ghép. Hoặc thuê thiết kế xong thì chuyển qua bóc tách thành modul và mua sẵn thuê dịch vụ lắp ghép kểu lắp điều hòa 2 cục . Chưa kể bây giờ còn có máy in 3D in vách, kiểu gì cũng ok kiểu đặt bánh sinh nhật hay lắp cửa nhôm kính, đại khái có máy cắt + khuôn sẵn. Cái khó nằm ở vật liệu thay thế xi măng cốt thép, nó phải rẻ như xi măng + thép nhưng mang tính chất của nhựa vì dễ định hình + nhẹ. Đại khái cát phải bung lên như bỏng ngô còn thép bung như đế giầy adidas ultraboost-tổ ong, hay nike air. à nhớ ra kiểu nhà tiền chế ở KCN. M cũng ko có thời gian đi sâu nghiên cứu nhưng mà cứ nhìn mấy cần cẩu xây nhà cao tầng, nó chính là 1 dạng gần giống cấu trúc tổ ong để chịu uốn + chịu nén và còn 1 phần ngắn phía sau gắn vài tấm bê tông để đối trọng --> suy ra cấu trúc khung nhà như video ở trên cũng vậy, sao để đối trọng đc hoặc khung nhà ở trên dùng cách làm cầu dây văng để tăng khoảng cách giữa các dầm cầu mà vẫn an toàn về cơ học. Như vậy chỉ cần đổ trụ nhà rồi dây văng giằng với nhau còn vách thì bằng gì thì tùy, sàn thì làm cong cong bằng thép đỡ ở dưới như mấy cái cầu ấy.... tóm lại là phải bung đc cát + sỏi để tăng thể tích gấp chục lần trong khi vẫn đảm bảo cơ học như vậy giá thành sẽ rẻ hơn chục lần , bung luôn xi măng .....

    Sir If you wanted to go on in construction field of multi low cost housings as multiplex then make use of high grade products and low grade products in ratio of 35 : 65 but the low cost material should be heated by mixing it with carbon and Sulphur to its melting temperature. T this will provide strength to the structure and building will not get rusted or collapsed. Then apply red oxide and fire resistant glossy agent mixed over the walls in 2-5 or 3-6 coating. This will prevent the building wall from being contaminated and collapsing. Yeah Tera ghar ye mera ghar kisi ko dekhna Ho to fit manga le Teri Nazar meridian nazar
