Before anyone comments, that this due to climate change, please don't. It has alway done this in this area the old cricket ground always flooded. I guess though it shows that the millions spent on digging a huge storm water chamber by Southern Water years ago now, still hasn't sorted the problem out. Mind you when it was a cricket ground and not a shopping centre, it did not seem to be so much of a problem. That's progress for you!!!!
Great video! Some good catches there however maybe could’ve been better in smaller sectioned clips of the scene compared to massive chunks! Great catch of the HVP and a load of pumps!
I believe it may be combined, but the HVP support vehicle was with it, the drivers and operators were all wearing HVP PPE and I have a mate who confirmed with his dad who's a WM for ESFRS that its the HVP, I know they have a double hose box based at Seaford but I don't think this is it unless I'm very much mistaken
@EastSussex999 ..... the two boxes on the back are identical looking from the rear.... therefore, it is the double hose box. That's because the High Volume Pump looks different to a hose box, so it is easy to spot next to a hosebox, identical to the two on the back of this particular prime mover. The HVP also has a blue beacon on a stalk on the top of it, for when it's unloaded and placed on the ground, it could be a road or street. The double hose box is one module of the HVP pairing... i.e., two prime movers, carrying between them, one HVP, and three hose boxes. And there'll be one or two support vehicles attached to it too. The HVP could have been on-scene, but that's not the appliance you filmed, that's all. 😉 Check out these two modules responding on another clip. The first prime mover is carrying the HVP on the left with a hose box on the right, while the second vehicle is carrying two hose boxes: ua-cam.com/video/IN6pVoPx6b8/v-deo.htmlsi=qOpzOzhYoRv5bj5G
Bit of advice for you is to not record everything and walk around recording, try to stay still and only record pertinent parts as it makes for a better video also try stay on the main junctions when multiple vehicles are arriving as the videos come out better and always record landscape. Besides that good video
Thanks for the advice. I try to do that, I was just about to start work so I didn't have much time and was trying to make sure I got a bit of everything, plus the weather was terrible, it was so windy and wet
@@EastSussex999 always remember quality is better than quality. Top tip is if you know more vehicles are coming try looking at maps and try and judge the best access points to catch them on. That way you won’t have them pulling up, so you’ll get the HVP, TRU etc 👍🏻
Yeah it was my first time even seeing most of these pumps! Battle's pump is certainly interesting, clearly being the only pump from that year without the old stripe livery on the sides! But there were crews there from all over the county.. Herstmonceux, Battle, Wadhurst, Southsea, Hastings, The Ridge, Bexhill, Pevensey it's great to see! What do you think of the new intro as well?!
Poor video, too much wandering around causing bad camera shake. I recommend you practice a lot more before posting, otherwise you end up losing the viewer very early on. You will also get many negative comments.
I don't know what you mean really, but if you don't like its tough, nobody asked for your comment and if you've got nothing productive to say then please do not comment on my videos because all you do is bring my motivation down. If you don't like my videos, simply don't watch them.
@@EastSussex999 Ok. You are swinging the camera around and have no stabilisation so it’s shaky as heck and unwatchable. Presumably you have comments on because you want people to comment🤷🏻♀️

I hope Southern Water get the bill for this. Years of infrastructure neglect because they prefer to keep their shareholders happy. It's disgusting.
That was the double hose box module, and NOT the high volume pump.

its a HVP
@@frankiesmith2544 No he's right, I have the ESFRS fleet spreadsheet at home somewhere. Both the DHB and HVP are based at Seaford and this is the DHB
Surprised but nice to see Wadhurst's Pump
Wadhursts pump was actually first on scene! Somehow..
Wadhurst were in at Hastings on standby due to a pre-arranged Hazmat exercise
Very nice HVP
It wasn’t the high volume pump in the clip; it was the double hose box module.
Amazing video, really loved It, keep It up dude!!! ♥♥♥♥♥

Is This Your First Time Showing Battles Pump?? Oh And Battles TRU Was On Scene As Well. Other Than That Brilliant Video
