You can try 'Like a Mother' by Angela. I forgot the last name of the author. This book really helped me a lot during my pregnancy.

I have a query since vikrant also has dry skin I feel u r the best person to help me
My daughter is 1 year old now but she has extremely extremely dry skin where her legs skin looks like snake flaky skin and she develops lot of pimples small small one I don't know if it's ezema .. I am using ur oats mixture for bathing but still dryness has not come down please guide me how to reduce that dryness ..I do apply moisturizer within 3 mins after I heard from u . Please tell me which moisturizer is good and any home made remedies to follow

I know what you mean. If dryness is severe, definitely check with the pediatrician for a prescription medication. But Vikrant had those scaly skin patches too. It got better with time. Now after bath, when his skin is wet I apply 2-3 drops of coconut oil all over, and pour a mug of water over him. That has helped immensely with dryness and that bumpy skin. In fact my skin has that too and this method helps me.

I would suggest waiting until 6 months, unless doctor has advised to start solids, Breastmilk/formula has a lot of nutrients they need.
