A tip for effective back blows & chest thrusts I like to teach is to stick one leg out in front of you, bent at the knee, and then rest your forearm (with the baby on it) on the thigh of that leg to use as a good, stable platform for back blows & chest thrusts (and switch legs when you switch arms).

I am a student. when i was in hospital i saw a child (age 2 or 3 years) was choking because he had aspirated something . But the doctors and staff does not used any of the technique which you showed in your video to help the child breath properly instead of that they administered some medication through iv line . Child was choking continuously and then became unconscious .
