taking out all parts and flex cables is a bit excessive honestly, you can go by it just removing the screen at most. also don't forget to use safety glasses, god forbid a tiny shard of glasses flies into your eyes
Thank you for this great video. It looks like the replacement back glass I bought has some adhesive already on it. Do I still need to use glue as well? If so, can I use superglue as it’s all I have right now.
You’d want a laser for large quantities of repairs. For the average person trying to DIY, a $1k+ laser makes no sense. With that said I would rather do them by hand and heat (partial disassembly, battery, screen, board, battery and cameras). Unless I was doing 3+ a day
Correct. Take out the battery, cameras, logic board and screen and you should be able to change it. Still want to over do it to make sure people don't destroy their phone. I don't follow this method every time
Why would you remove the front screen to fix the back screen????
idk man leave me alone

I wish you were in San Diego I’d totally pay you to fix my back screen 😢
the front screen on mine doesn't seem to go down as far as it should...any ideas?
Jeeze! Can you just swap the back from another phone?
Would it also cost 15$ for an iphone 11?
yeah around that on amazon
The old emanuel method, no fancy laser pads and high tech heating machines. And you know what? I think this is still somewhat spill resistant.
Why would you need a laser?

Or..................live with the cracked glass which is purely cosmetic.
