I know it's not a very likely scenario to have to use a knife for self-defense in the woods, but it looks like this one would certainly work if needed. I think that really rounds it out as that one tool option kind of concept.
In my opinion, to be considered a one tool option for the woods, a knife absolutely must be able to function as a weapon. The obtuse tip design on the other knives made for really poor penetration. This knife looks absolutely perfect. I can hardly wait to add it to my pile of WTG knives
