That is one sexy knife!

It's beautiful looking knife for sure. But crossing a design between woodworking and combat is leaving both at a slight disadvantage. A Combat knife needs to be lightweight, shorter and thinner. For woodwork it has too much of a Clip Point that will "Eat" your baton and the sharp pommel cannot be used to drive in tent pegs. The WTG Wolverine is absolutely The best all purpose knife i've ever seen and used!

You're a good man to be teaching your kids bushcraft which is something everyone should know. Personally, I carry a Woodsman's Pal which is much better for chopping although somewhat heavier. It's a good compromise between an axe and a knife.

I use the Ray Mears Leaf Cutter Bergen for over night. It’s 90l and I really wished it came in a day sack version. I have to say that the Helikon Tex Bergen is the nearest I could find and I am more than happy with it.

just bought my 1st bag from them (urban edc), it is surprisingly well made, especially when you see commercial brands for the same price..... it does look a bit army / police like like, got mine in black to prevent it a bit. hopefully it doesn't stand out too much lol. question, does the plastic plate form to your back over time? i think i read that somewhere?
