If your job involves witnessing the level of suffering people go through in this country, then you'll understand why a man can cry in public. Sakaja may not be the most sincere politician and a man of integrity, but this show of affection and compassion looks genuine. The man is frustrated that kids are suffering and he can't do much to help them.
