I’m currently sewing on a Janome from the 70’s and a Singer from 1984, which was a gift to myself after graduating from nursing school. Both are basic machines without a lot of bells and whistles, so I am pumped about the Brilliant-my retirement gift to myself!😊

I would like more videos on the brilliant features. There really isn't good info anywhere online on the accessories it comes with or the optional accessories and it's super frustrating
This machine has a stretch stitch and zig zag stitches for knit fabrics but it does not do interlock stitching , that is what a serger would do. For that I suggest looking at the Baby Lock Vibrant. I hope that helps, thank you for watching!
How can I file a compliant about ordering this machine in mid December and my retailer keeps telling me it’s on order and nothing they can do it’s a problem with Baby Lock which I find I am not a happy customer having to prepay and wait now they are saying it will be mid to end of March really?
I hear you. They don't make it easy to buy one of these machines! One wonders why this is. I was on a waitlist for almost 3 months. Finally got the machine a couple of days ago. Fortunately, I didn't have to prepay. Good luck!
I had this issue with bernette b48 it was on back order. I just waited patiently for it. I ordered in like September got it in like December although they told me it wouldn’t come until like feb- March
The back up is also due to the pandemic. It’s just like a lot of people are trying to order skates but they are also on back order for months due to a lot of factories being shut down and lack of employees
I was watching this video looking for how to remove the blue tape from the front of the machine. You skipped exactly the ones hard to remove at 5:20 without saying that you will address those later. I was struggling to remove them and I’m pretty sure others too. So, please make your videos a little bit more detailed. When we come here to watch this kind of videos it’s because we need help and not because we have time to waste. Thank you !

Babylock has a base model sewing/embroidery called verve for $699. Does pretty good embroidery. And they also have higher priced models.
