The research done before the interview is impressive but I find much of the delivery bizarre. Bombarding her with facts about herself with a bunch of closed questions she has to say “yes” or “correct” to. If you know all that stuff as an interviewer, there is so much potential to tease it out through interesting open ended questions. It would create a more engaging interview if the research were used for conversation rather than to show off.
