Do you have the 4-wire connection video instruction?

@ari3l0n3You will need to make sure that in the programming, go to reporting, from their go to report comm modes. you will need to make sure that for each number the reporting is set to "voice dialer"

No phone line siezure with this video and not recommended. A special filter is needed to avoid dsl internet connection. The phone comapnies dsl filter does NOT work.

Hmm... you can just plug the regular (small) phone jack into the RJ-45 jack. No need to do all of this wiring.
