I remember a woman who worked at a hospital. Every time our eyes met me and her would spontaneously start laughing. I have no clue about it. I just look back and wish I understood her character a bit more.

I just bought battered sausage for myself and fishcake for my elderly mother who lives round the corner from the chippy. I'm visiting from Scotland and have been popping in whenever I visit. Always had great food, had fish yesterday and I'll be calling in next week after trekking round the country before heading back to Scotland. I've been happy every time, and well fed
£15 for that lot, amazing - that'd be a fish supper alone at the chippie round here, lovely owners too, would be putting on the pounds if they were round here
I often watch you up and down the country from my home in Thailand. Today was a memory from my childhood Dalton fisheries was the only chippy for the first 22 years of my life. The phone box, bus terminus & the Black Horse. I noticed the buses are no longer red and the fish & chips no longer 5 bob. Probably about 40 years ago. Regards David 😮

That Mandy lady looks/sounds so pleasant and nice. 1) Do they live right next door (red car) or upstairs? Is this common in England to live that close to a (store) etc (the red car house.

In fairness to Danny I have a T5 and they are an absolute pig to park in a bay..If you do it's more by luck than design..🤣🤣 It's a major complaint to VW the A pillar is too wide and you just can't see.

Here in Newfoundland our top choice for take out is fish n chips. We usually have cod here and we love our fish and chips smothered in gravy and malt vinegar
I think Danny says something very close to my heart, there. 4:44 I'm 50 years old, when I was young I worked for massive corporations, making a lot of money and it was soul destroying. From the age of 30 I've never worked for any company that wasn't a small independent as the bog ones specifically target the small businesses, to destroy. I've witnessed it firsthand. Good on ya, mate. :)
Before i watch the rest of the video ive got to say them prices are amazing!! Especially considering its probably going to be really nice if people are recommending. I live in south shields and its £10 odd for fish and chips at my nearest place. Sauces are like best part of £3 each!! 😮

Not ALL that many differences between british english and our american english but for what there i find fascinating. We do have some similar town names like "tryst-on-irondale" in our commonwealth states, etc. In one island off our east coast the people there still speak a definite british accent ❤️ 🇺🇸 🦅 You dropped some pounds, been looking good, fellow! I dont get mushy peas or sausage with fish and chips im not saying i wouldnt like it. Over here we just have with clam chowder. Instead of mushy peas id have split pea soup if i went that route also a well done cheddar jalapeno kielbasa sausage deep fried Try new england clam chowder, lol! Plenty of vinegar and salt on the fish and fries also besides tartar sauce their very good with fry sauce! The fish is even so good even just by itself without any sauces
